I highly recommend New Vista Renovation. Michael and his crew can do just about anything --- plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, garage door openers and windows to name just a few. Last spring NVR renovated my rental, remodeling the bathroom and kitchen, texturing walls, installing insulation, replacing dry rotted fascia, siding, and window sills. The house sold for $40,000 more than I expected, partially due to NVR's craftsmanship. Currently, he's updating the kitchen in my home.

NVR saves me money. I no longer call an electrician for one item, a plumber for another, etc. Three years ago I needed a light switch replaced, the electrician charged $72. Since finding NVR, I make a To Do list, and when it gets long enough, I call NVR.

Other reasons: His workmanship is superior, he charges fair prices, arrives at appointments on time, calls 20-30 minutes before arrival, and provides detailed estimates and invoices. He's courteous, easy to work with and provides helpful suggestions when the situation warrants.

I'm always suspicious of companies or products that get all five-star ratings. In NVR's case, they are well earned.

Another construction project completed by Mike and his team. They removed a wall, moved electrical and phone lines and made the entire room look as tho it was designed this way originally. They are real professionals and go above and beyond expectations.

I highly recommend New Vista. Mike and his staff are very professional and friendly. Mike and Josh did a fantastic job installing built-in cabinets in our family room. They were both very detail oriented, and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. They were very respectful of our home and made sure to cover all the carpeting during the installation. The cabinets are beautiful and our family room looks great! I would call them in the future for other jobs.
