Contacted New Tex Plumbing for written confirmation of the plumbing work they did on my home. Talked with J. who confirmed it verbally and said he would send me written confirmation of the work they did. Each time we talked he said he would send it. As of this writing, (over two weeks now) I still don't have the written confirmation. None of the staff answering the phone offered to help me get the information I needed. When I asked for their help they declined and said I needed to talk to J. I was told that J. was the owner so you'd think he would help his customer. It is sad you can't trust the owner of a company to keep their word on something as simple as paperwork, a piece of paper. It seems things are different after they get your money. New Tex Plumbing was hired by my home builder. Otherwise I would have selected another company. I guess things are different have they get their money.

Sean and a small team came to my house and replaced a significant length of pipe in my front yard from my house out to the street. They brought all the necessary equipment and dug a trench in the front yard. All of the guys were extremely efficient and professional. They somehow managed to salvage the grass and when they finished replacing the pipe and filling the trench, it almost looked as if the grass and yard hadn't even been touched. When we were first told we had a break in the line and the pipes needed to be replaced, I was honestly terrified and overwhelmed at the thought of such a big job. These guys were so knowledgeable and friendly and did such an excellent job that my mind was quickly put to ease. The whole experience was a dream. 10/10. Definitely recommend.

We had problems with our Master Bath toilet, had one gentleman come out and not be able to clear the clog, so today Frank McGreggor came out, he did a fabulous job, cleared the clog, and he was very professional. We really appreciated his skill and knowledge. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company as a result of Frank's service to our home.

Scheduled an installation with these guys 2 weeks ago. Sat around on appointed day for 6 hours. Called twice to confirm appointment. Finally get a call saying they didn't order my unit and would have to re-schedule.
Don't waste your time with these folks.

This guy from this company came to my house to fix a water heather leak the gas company had identified and although they run a pressure test the leak continued. I can not believe calling a company being told where the problem is not fix it but being called for the potential damage to people in the House with the leak and being told I am book look for somebody else. i guess why bother
This kind of problems are not to take as jokes the guy even ask my mom to help him pull the stove. I will never recommend use this company.

I love to share worthwhile helpful information.
I just had some work completed due to plumbing leaks. I contacted one plumbing company (initials RR) and received a quote of over $3,000. I contacted the builder of this sub division and the rep I spoke to recommended New Tex Plumbing. The difference in pricing, service was astounding. I really appreciated the knowledge, kindness, professional attitude and efficiency of the young man Mike Crowell who came out to give the estimate and did the repair on the same day because there was no reason to look any further.

Saw one of their trucks at Home Depot and asked the driver if he'd had any business cards on him - I'm always on the lookout for potential contractors - to which he rudely replied "No, I don't have no damn cards" while shaking his head.

Not that not having any business cards is uncommon, heck, I get caught off guard from time to time myself... But being courteous and possibly offering a number/name is a superb idea of a great first impression.

Because of this guy's blatant disregard for potential clients and complete disinterest in the company he was promoting, I'll keep it moving.

*FWIW, I did take photos of the truck and its contact info for the sole intent of expressing my distaste for his attitude*

New Tex Plumbing is the kind of customer service focused company with outstanding professionals with undeniable competence in their field that I wish every service industry had. My story with them starts with an overflowing toilet, backed up shower and a very unhappy wife. I called and spoke with Suzette, who courteously understood my situation and took the initiative to work around an already full schedule to find someone to address our need. She told me she would call me back after she heard from some of her local guys in our area, but no longer than 30 minutes. In about 15m, she called me back and let me know that Frank would be coming out to the house before noon. At 11:20am Frank and Sam showed up at my door. Highly professional and knowledgeable, they immediately diagnosed my problem and started acting to remediate the issue. 30m later, they cleared the drain, backwash pipe and had me test faucets, toilets, etc. All was well BUT Frank was not satisfied. He wanted to get the scope (drain camera) and ensure that everything was sorted out. He didn't have the camera in his truck and said he would come back the next day and check it out. Guess what? - he and Sam showed back up the next day, as promised, with the scope. Sam also came into the house, looked at the toilet where we originally saw the problem, diagnosed it, and replaced the single wax ring with a double, as it should have been in the first place. So you should be noticing a trend here - they go out of their way to help their customers, the stick to their commitments, they are uber clean and professional and they do things right the first time. I can't say enough about this outfit and I truly with that other service companies would model themselves after the values and execution standards that New Tex keeps. I highly recommend!
