After the Pineapple Express storm, our water heater pilot light wouldn't go on. I tried to trouble shoot it myself but had no luck. Did some research and found out that the previous homeowner replaced the water heater 11 years ago so it was already past warranty and due for a replacement.

On a recommendation on Nextdoor, I contacted John and another plumber to get two opinions. I liked John's demeanor and knowledge so went with him. He was very meticulous on the installation of the new water heater and even repaired a problem with our overflow tank and helped us replace the recirculation pump which has never worked since we moved in. Now we have instant hot water!

I'll likely go to the hardware store and buy some insulation for the hot water pipes to help hold in the heat but everything was professionally and customized to our needs.

Afterwards, I also had John come back and clear my grease trap and fix the drain in our master bath where there was so much build up in the drain pipe that we were constantly having to hit it with a snake to clear out the little bit of hair that gets stuck in there. Now the pipe opening is much wider which should help with our back up issues.

John's prices are fair and the quality of work is great. Would recommend.

This is a wow company. First of all, they answered the phone; nice when you have an urgent problem. Promised same day service. Told me they'd be running late, I accepted. Nice guys, stayed til the job was done without complaining (I would have been getting annoyed at the hour if I were still working). Everything works, all debris neatly cleared, under the sink probably cleaner than it used to be. And then the invoice, not bad at all. Add their 90 day warranty, and I'm happy I found them.
