There are some water pipe leakage issue around our unit, after being contact, the new pipe technician Juan Ortiz appeared the same day in 7:00pm. After some investigation, he thought that it is the irrigation system.
Since it was late and dark, and the irrigation system belong to the community, he checked with community and appeared again today with the worker fromm the irrigation system. Together they confirmed the problem.
I gave 4 stars here because I don't know what will be the next step, once it is being fixed, I will be glad to change it to 5.

Full disclosure - this review is not about service.
Someone from this business utilizes my street as their park and ride. He has been parking his work van in front of my and my neighbors houses for the past few months. In the mornings, he will drive his personal truck to his work vehicle, park, and go to work. In the evenings, he'll park his work vehicle and drive off in his truck. It's really quite annoying that he takes up street parking for homeowners and, sometimes, his work van is parked in the same place for several days at a time.

Saved my life (again)
About a year ago, I paddled my way to the kitchen to get my morning coffee. My feet hit water all over the floor. New Pipes came out on a weekend within an hour, found the leak, and shut off my faulty ice maker line from the sink to the frig.
Yesterday, my toilet starting to act up. The tank was not filling the basin on a flush. Not a big deal, but my sister and her husband are visiting from out of town!!! Again, to the rescue, new Pipes was able to find a new tank for my toilet. This toilet didn't have the usual float and chain in the tank like the old toilets that I could adjust and fix.
Both Adam and Adele from New Pipes were polite, considerate, and professional. Call New Pipes for your plumbing.

Very happy that this company installed my new AC unit today. Mission was accomplished in a timely fashion and I love the fact that they did a great job cleaning up at the end. Thanks to Nick, Josh, and James! Will definitely recommend you in the future.

Called to inspect crawlspace leak.
Prompt response. Arrived on time. Professional. Responsible.
We will 100% call them again next time we need a plumber.

I had the worst experience with New Pipes, I would give zero star if i could! They are very dishonest with the pricing and not professional and responsible for their work.
They came to fix the water leak in our apartment and quoted us at a lower price over the phone but the actual invoice came out almost $200 more. Stay away from them!

New Pipe is the most dishonest, price gouging, nasty, incompetent plumbers; here is what their manager josh with 20 years' experience did to our plumbing emergency. They get work from condo/townhomes property managers, using HOA's money, to farm out work to their shady contractors. The corrupt property manager circumvents HOA process, creating a fake plumbing emergency for New Pipes to fix a 6 year old leak. New Pipes Inc. been at this location dozen times, and have access to check things out.
Without showing up to check the emergency, New Pipes Inc. sends a helper to post water shut off notices a week in advance. Following week, nasty Josh, shows up with a helper, removes boiler, storage tank, orders the wrong storage tank which was too large for the room, Josh and his helper disappear, leaving everything around unattended, returns, barks, and intimidates residents, blames his vendor for delivering the wrong storage tank! Josh, after several hours, puts things back making the leak worse leaving trash everywhere, charging thousands of dollars for wondering around. Next day, New Pipes, posts another water shut off notices for the following week, to take fix the (emergency) leak they should have the first time, if their experienced plumber, manager Josh is this awful, what are the rest like? STAY away from New Pipes Inc.

New Pipes is not professional. To investigate a water leak, they drilled a 3 foot by 3 foot hole in our neighbor's garage, charged us $315 to fix the leak, and then told us that they would *not* patch up the hole they drilled. We called back and told them they drilled a huge hole and damaged our neighbor's garage, but they said they were not responsible for it (!?). No integrity.

We had a midnight emergency at our condo. We didn't know where the inlet valve was for the unit. The person who I talked to understood the situation, helped us locate the inlet valve to the unit and shut it off. All of this over the phone. He kept calling us back with different options until the problem was fixed. They will definitely be the first plumbing people I will call next time I have a problem or any other plumbing work.

While the New Pipes Plumbing technicians were working on the pipes under my condo, they set off the fire alarm. They were working with hot soldering equipment and did not take the necessary precaution to notice that they were working about 5 feet away from the smoke / fire alarm. This meant that the occupants of all 28 units of our condo building had to evacuate the building and congregate on the sidewalk in front of the building for nearly an hour in the middle of the afternoon. We all had to wait for the firemen to arrive in order to assess the situation and turn the nearly deafening fire alarm off. When I went down to see what happened after the fire alarm initially went off, the technicians said, ""We didn't set off the alarm."" I pointed out that they were working next to the fire alarm and should have taken the necessary precautions to not set off the fire alarm. That's when they admitted that they had, in fact, set off the fire alarm. Having to wait around for the fire department and then dealing with the firemen elongated the time that the technicians spent at my condo. This situation was made all the more unsatisfactory because the general manager of New Pipes Plumbing (Greg) refuses to return my phone calls. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever use this company again.
