I just had Oscar and his worker Luis at my house today to deal with a severely clogged set of area drains (when it rained my pool was overflowing and my pool deck drains would drain dirty water into the pool rather than to the street - yuk). Basically the drains were worthless. My house is thirty years old and I don't think they have ever been cleaned / rooted. I had worked last weekend isolating the problem to one area (I thought) and I expected them to hydrojet that one area. Instead the problem was more involved but New Millennium did the most amazing job I could have expected and at a very fair price. It ended up being an all day task involving rooting the main drain, digging up an area of the yard, cutting and installing new drain pipe in one area -to access the clogs, and removing an 8 foot long 3"" thick wad of roots that was completely clogging the line under concrete. Many other plumbers or rooters would have either given up, told me i had to call someone else, or unfairly jacked up the price. Instead - Oscar and Luis completely cleaned the problem areas, cut and repaired the pipes needed to fix the problem, and then took the time to go thru my entire drain system on the pool deck, finding and fixing several other significant root blockages. They were there till 8pm at night and did not leave until not only was the job complete, but the area was hosed down and thoroughly cleaned. Oscar even said he would come back and root out our other main drain at no additional cost as part of the job. The price was fair and a good value and the work was exceptional. I found Oscar / New Millennium on yelp and the great reviews were all telling the truth (add mine to the mix). He and his crew take pride in doing their job well. Hire him - you will be glad you did. He never showed up. Made appointment, took day off work, waited, called, waited more, called again, and nothing. No call to say he'd be late, or that he had an emergency. Just totally blown off by him. Terrible customer service. On to the next company, the hell with this guy.

I had a leak in the base of my downstairs bathroom toilet. I just checked Yelp since I didn't know of a good plumber. I like going with someone local. I called and got voicemail. No more than one minute passed before I received a text from Oscar asking about my plumbing issue. I told him it wasn't urgent but he set up an appointment for 1:30pm the same day. He quickly found the issue, there was a bit more going on that caused the issue and showed me what exactly was going on. He quoted a price and repair time. They fixed it and provided superior service. I highly recommend New Millennium. If you need a repair from someone who will do quality work and is trustworthy, look no further, go with this plumbing service.

I have used New Millennium Rooter several times and Oscar is great. Always on time and the diagnosis of the problem is accurate. Repaired our water heater and replace our water regulator valve. Happy with all their services and would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service. Competitive prices. Great in emergency situations.

Thank you Oscar!! What to me was a complete disaster was cleaned up by Oscar and his crew. Our not so old washing machine died about a month ago. Circumstances being what they are, it took us a while to be able to get another machine (thank you Kate!) The first machine turned out to be a recalled model, it was sent back within 12 hours. So, to Sears we went for the reliable, consumer reports favored Kenmore brand. Wouldn't you know, the drain decided to stop draining. I called one plumber, they were closed for the holiday. I called the next plumber and had the pleasure of speaking with a nice young man who said he would be here in an hour and he was, with his crew. They cleared the drain, as they left Oscar said in so many words, if it goes wrong, we'll come back. Well the drain had ideas of it's own, it was better but water was still coming back into the garage. So back they came, super nice people, and rerouted the piping. The washer is working brilliantly. ALL of the water drains away, no more puddles or streams of water. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OSCAR AND HIS CREW!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOUR CREW!

This is a late post, as the plumbing issues were taken care of back in July 28, 2016. Oscar gave us the best customer service from the very start. His over the phone quote was the best price, and his work was quick and precise. New Millennium replaced flange, replaced toilet, installed new kitchen sink faucet and replaced shower stems. The job was top notch and they did it in just a few hours.

I contacted Oscar again today, due to the same shower having leaks again. Oscar did not hesitate. We made an appointment and they will be coming in two days. This is the kind of service that we like! New Millennium has the best customer service, very friendly, efficient and helpful plumbers and they believe in really taking care of their customers and fixing the issues that need attention. New Millennium will be the plumbers we use for all of our plumbing needs.
