Oscar at New Millennium Plumbing helped save my mom $28,000! My elderly mother (84 years old) had a leak fixed by a well-known plumbing company, and that company told her that she needed to immediately replace all the pipes in her home. They said it would cost $48,000! Luckily, these gentlemen were clearly looking out for my mom's best interests, and so they later offered to reduce that to $28,000 if she signed a contract immediately. I called New Millennium for a second quote. Oscar came over the very next day, and said that the pipes are in good condition and do not need replacing. He also said that, if the pipes did need replacing, he would have charged approximately $12,000. He charged nothing for the visit and opinion. Oscar saved my mom a huge chunk of money that would have really impacted her finances. I am so grateful and recommend him to everyone.

On Friday I was calling around trying to find a plumber for an issue we were having with our bathroom sinks. One sink was draining into the other. We had issues with the master bath sink since we moved into the house (slow draining). After calling a few and said they wouldn't be able to come out we got ahold of Oscar. He said he could make it out in a couple hours and see what was going on. He kept in contact letting us know about when he would arrive.

Once he got there he explained everything step by step. We tried a few things to get the drain unplugged. He was very through, tried both pipes and even the main line to see if he could get to it from there, he even scoped the main line to see if there was any damage. After everything we decided to hydrojet the line because of where the clog was, after the junction where the 2 sink drains come together. The hydrojet took care of the clog in about 10 minutes and the sinks drain like they are brand new and the best since we moved in.

It was really awesome of him to come out within a couple hours when no other plumber would especially on short notice on a Friday night. I would give them more stars if I could.

I highly recommend Oscar from New Millennium Plumbing. My wife and I recently purchased a home and have had plumbing issues emerge on two separate occasions (master bath, guest bath). On both occasions, Oscar was at our home that same day and on time. The pricing is very reasonable especially for the convenience factor and quality of work.

New Millenium saved me tons of heartache and my wallet. Had a pipe bursts underground and it began to flood, seemingly ruining the floor and foundation. Oscar and his team are saviours. Called for a plugged up kitchen sink- scheduled for next day, 3:00pm-4:30pm. They didn't show or call, and did not return my call.
Don't bother with this outfit; they are just a waste of time.

New millennium plumbing was a great choice it is still a small businesses in its growing stages but the owner Oscar has plenty of experience as I would find out after I talked to him. It was trained and worked for the plumbers union for quite some time before he opened up shop. Anyways I called Oscar over to check out my house because I was having constant draining problems after we did a camera check we pretty much verified what I kind of already knew that my pipes were pretty old and giving out. So he went over different options I had and shot me the estimates. He was over the next day with his crew rerouting my pipes from the old cast iron pipes that lead the waste to the sewers to the new abs pipes, after he was done the LA city inspector came and checked his worked and blessed it of. I will be going to Oscar for all his plumbing needs. Unfortunately I have read some bad reviews on new millenniums profile about response times and such but it is a shame everyone has difference experiences but you just got to understand that he is the main plumbing engineer/tech for his company so he can't be everywhere at once and when he takes on a big job he likes to focus on that job, so it can be very easy to unfortunately miss calls or forget about them. Anyways if you need plumbing needs give them a try!!

Unfortunately, I can't even comment on the work that was done. Oscar showed up almost 2 hours late to his initial appointment, and said that he needed parts so we reschedule for Sunday between 9 and 10:30am. It's now after 4pm and he still hasn't shown up. What's worse, he hasn't responded to phone calls, or responded to text messages. Absolutely would not recommend him, and I hope this review ends up costing him future business elsewhere because his lack of professionalism and inability to keep and appointment has prolonged us not having water in our kitchen.

I am so fortunate Oscar answered the phone today - Easter Sunday. He left his family dinner to fix my crisis plumbing issue - one he categorized as a 10 out of 10 (the worst he's ever seen!)

Oscar worked for 6 hours. 6! On Easter Sunday! He was relentless in his efforts to uncover the root cause. He also engaged support from a team member when he discovered the complexity of the situation. Together they cleared pipes that were blocked (inexplicably) by an accumulation of construction materials. I am sincerely grateful to Oscar and Tom for their exceptional commitment today and for giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend Oscar and New Millennium Plumbing!

Oscar was honest and his fee for the work he did was HONEST. I had another plumber who wanted to charge me $500 more, work I really did not need. Oscar came out on a Sunday and was quick solving my problem. He will be my plumber for life.

I couldn't even get an estimate from Millenium. So I even tried to get work done from them but nope. How can I give them more than 1 star? They have left me hanging for two weeks. Ridiculous.

I selected Millennium based on the great Yelp reviews. Here's my experience: for the estimate appointment, they were 30 minutes late. Then I was told I would get the estimate for the work the following day. I heard nothing for about a week. I messaged the owner who I was already in contact with, that I haven't yet heard how much the job would be. I get this message back ""I do apologize for the inconvenience its $89 labor for each cartridge we install + cartridge fee.""

I responded saying I don't know what a cartridge is, and what is the cartridge fee? I plainly responded: ""Ok, sorry I'm not sure what a cartridge means. What would the total be for fixing the dripping shower, leaky sink faucet base, and lose tub handles""

That was over a week ago and no response at all!

What kind of plumber gives you an estimate talking about cartridges and cartridge fee!? Just tell me how much the job is. Period.

Very disappointed.
