Oscar literally saved a ""shitty"" weekend for my wife and I. We had a backup which was pumping sewage directly into our shower and bathtub. I messaged Oscar on yelp and he replied within 5 minutes. He was at our house Saturday night within the hour and completed the job in less than 60 minutes. Oscar also gave us a great price especially on a 3 day weekend. Oscar was referred to me and he blew me away with his courtesy, prompt appointment time and completing the project with no stress on me.

I've had plumbing work done before and have been told during the project that it will cost more to do extra ""this that and the other"". I have roots that like to grow in my pipes and have had the clean out cleared before but working with Oscar was easy and stress free. He answered his phone when I called, I was in distress as I have 2 kids and none of the toilets or showers worked and it is Labor Day weekend. I called at 10:30am and he said he could be here between 12pm-2pm and he pulled up at 12:05!

Extra points for wearing shoe booties in my house! Loved that! He allowed me to explain the situation, and then he calmly explained his plan of action. A couple hours later, he and Lewis had unclogged the issue and cleared out the roots along with a 2 year warranty!

He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He was able to come to my house and give an estimate within 30 minutes. We will definitely call him back for future jobs.

These guys are great! We've used them twice now and one time was on a Saturday. We called at 7:30pm and they still got out within an hr and fixed the problem within fifteen minutes of arriving. They also didn't charge an obscene rate for being a Saturday night. My husband refuses to use anyone else but them. Totally professional, they clean up after themselves if they make a mess, and are efficient.

I wish i could give Oscar 6 stars if they have it. I own a sushi restaurant in simi and we have a really bad plumbing issue so i tried to call some plumber from yelp and so far oscar have the most reasonable price and available at that time. So i give it a try and the result is surprisingly satisfied. He came to my restaurant and stay till late night to fix the plumbing ( with no additional cost for after hours). Also he gave us 18 months guarantee if something happened they will come and fix it with no cost. Where will you get that awesome service and very good price for plumbing in simi. Just give it a try and you will not disspointed. Oscar is the best!!

WOW! they got here right away! Had a leak in a weird spot in between the stucco and my drywall in the kitchen. Oscar found the leak. He fixed it. he can dry wall and stucco patch! what can't his team do! He was easy to talk to and super chill, he was very knowledgable. i sensed honesty, integrity of his work, and respectful. They cleaned up nicely! the price was great! i am a happy customer! thanks New Millennium!!

Found New Millennium Rooter on Yelp and was NOT disappointed. Our plumbing backed up on a Saturday night.. I called New Millennium and Oscar was out to my house within an hour and fixed the problem.
