Quite possibly the worst experience I had with a contractor ever.
I contacted this plumber based on he ratings on yelp. We had a water leak from the main to the house. They showed up without leak detection equipment after promising they would bring them. They found the leak and went to work to fix it. A few hours later, they said they fixed it and turned the main water on only to discover hat they haven't. He workers spoke with their boss and decided to try another way to fix the leak. A few hours later, they claimed it was done right this time and that all was great. Hey turned the main water again, and they still didn't fix it. Although now, they managed to break 2 things, my backflow preventer and a sprinkler valve due to high pressure from their experimentation. That is when they called their boss Oscar. He came over and acknowledged that his staff did not fix the problem and that he would come back the next day to fix it. Day 1 without water.
Oscar came back he next day and went to work fixing the original leak. He also opened the backflow to line some parts that would make it work better. He supposedly fixed the leak but could not fix the backflow unit. We had water gushing everywhere. After a few hours, he said that he backflow needed changing, although the day before he said he wanted to get a repair kit and fix it. He told me what part I needed and told me which store to buy it from and hat they would install it that night. His associates assured me that Oscar, the boss would come and install it because it's a delicates job and Oscar wanted to ""do it right"".
The workers came later that day after they picked the part that hey suggested. 1) Oscar didn't show up and 2) after several hours, really, they discovered hat they had the wrong part. I tried to call Oscar but no one would answer. I called over a dozen times. Nothing. Helps worker alleged that Oscar is tied up in another job at 10 pm!!
He workers promised to go get the right part the next day and fix it. Day 2 without water!!
Next day they show up and install the new part. The person who installed it was a contractor that they hired since the company did not have the right expertise!
Again tried to call Oscar repeatedly but no one answered. I wanted to let him know that water is still flowing into he street and that something seems to be still leaking.
I told the workers I was not comfortable paying for the whole job because the leak is still there and the job is incomplete. That is when I get a text message from Oscar after apparently he looked me on social media and threatened to put a lien on my house if we don't pay. I paid him because honestly. I felt threatened by his tone and was almost going to call the police since we have little kids. I didn't feel safe anymore with these guys showing up to our place.
I had to hire a new plumber who actually had to fix the original leak and he sprinkler valve that was damaged by the company.
Very bad experience!

Excellent prompt professional! We called New Millennium and Worked with Oscar. Our call was around 930pm and he was at the job site with 30 minutes as he promised. He communicated the issue and provided recommendations and problem solved by 11pm! If it wasn't for Oscar, my tenants would've had no water in the home all night. Thank you Oscar for providing a 5 Star service!!

.... when what to my wondering eyes should appear, but Oscar and Bob and their plumbing mobile. Made a phone call on a Saturday, and they quickly responded to not 1, but 2 leaks in our pipes in the wall. Got it done quickly, no leaks and they were on their way! Thank you :)

Okay I had a silly simple fix. I called up Oscar, not know what the problem was, who was great chatting with me via text to coordinate an appointment. He comes over giving me a heads up he would be over soon and TaDa he is and I shared my issues, he gave it a try and Fixed it. He also pointed out an additional thing I new was an issue and he drew my attention to how easy the fix would be. Gonna see Oscar again to get that taken care of. Professional efficient and timely Just what I needed!

I've read some bad review about Oscar. I knew him for couple years now and he's been doing exelent job so far for my restaurant and home. I cant blame him about he being late sometime because i know he is busy and i know he always try to do the best. All job he has done is worth the wait. I mean if you have emergency or urgent you can always tell him and i know he will come right away. So far Oscar still the best plumber i ever know. He do the best job ever with very reasonable price. If people ask me about plumbing issue i will definitely give his number. Thank you Oscar For always taking care of us.

All I can say it thank you sooo much Oscar and Louie! Honest, affordable and great finished work!! Highly recommend -- The other day I came home from work around 5pm to a leaking toilet, water everywhere! So I went to turn off the water and that valve was leaking too. I called my home warranty and they couldn't get me in till 2-7 the next day, which wasn't going to work considering I have my water running and I'm not trying to have a high bill at the end of the month. So I came to yelp and the first plumber I see who weren't closing in an hr was them. They had great reviews so, I call them up explained to them my problem and over the phone they told me what was wrong and quoted me a price. They came to me in a hr and fixed the problem. While they were here we asked about a couple of other small things we noticed and they were extremely helpful with suggestions. We once again called home warranty to check it out and it turns out the problem we have isn't covered ( which doesn't make sense but ok) so they quoted us OVER $800 To fix which was completely out of ridiculous. So we txt Oscar and sent him pics of everything and quotes us $275 can come the next day to fix it. So of course we went with Oscar! He is definitely our go to guy. Highly recommend!!

After two successful jobs at our home over the past year and a half, I can truly and honestly highly recommend New Millennium Plumbing & Rooter. Oscar and his partners have resolved our plumbing needs, the first an emergency issue, the second a more preemptive type work.

About a year a half ago the shower began leaking at first slowly, and then ultimately to the point the bathroom floor ended in a nice large pond after a shower. Oscar quickly assessed the issue and explained the issue with a few options for fixing. What I really liked here was that he gave us budgeting options to choose from. The first of course being to resolve the target issue quick with the least cost. Then from there, step ups with replacement options/upgrades beyond the valve causing issues. As I mentioned, It has been well over a year and the shower is working perfectly!

The second job was just this week. The water line in the backyard to the hose was severely corroded. Not only is it now replaced and looking fresh, clean, and new, but they adjusted the height of the faucet to a more ergonomic position.

Thank you again for the work and we will definitely be using you again for future jobs!

I needed a plumber to fix an issue I had under my kitchen sink. I am selling my house and escrow is set to close after the holiday weekend. The last thing I needed done to satisfy the buyer was to bring the plumbing under my sink to code.

I called Oscar around 10:00 this morning and we made an appointment for 10:00-11:00 tomorrow morning. Towards the end of my work day Oscar texted me saying he finished a job early and was able to come tonight at 5:00. He showed up on time, was very nice and fixed my issue in a very short amount of time. My 2 year old son loves to be involved in everything that's going on and Oscar was playing along and entertaining him.

We talked a little bit and he told me he has 4 young kids under 5. All of these people leaving reviews about him not calling or maybe forgetting to respond probably should realize that a man with 4 kids might have some important things come up once in a while making your problem a secondary priority of his. Please think of the big picture before you complain about someone's professionalism.

I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
