BEWARE SCAM! SHAAAAAADY!

Initially I was optimistic about this company as they presented well, I paid for a camera inspection and they verbally told me what my two options were to resolve the issue, of course the numbers were outrageous, but I wanted the estimates anyway. DON told me I would receive the estimates but then would not return my texts. When I did reach him, he said the company no longer gives written estimates, I asked what changed between Saturday and Monday??? He played dumb, and of course like any shady plumber he got defensive, stated they don't have to give written estimates, but I reminded him he said they would provide. They don't want to provide written estimates because they don't want to demonstrate how much their ripping you off in writing.

Plumbers are notoriously shady and it's because of guys like this that nobody trusts them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

In preparation for the storm coming today in Los Angeles, I reached out to Don and his team to hydro jet our drain lines outside by our swimming pool. The drains were clogged and flooding every time it rains.

I called Don and looked at his ratings on yelp and he had good reviews so I went with him. I called him on a Friday and yesterday he came in on time and started to work on unclogging the drains...except for the last drain. After several hydrojetting procedures, it simply won't drain. It turns out that that drain line was going to our shed and had no outlet to the other drain lines. So he and his crew trouble shooted it and installed a new connection solving the problem.

Highly recommend Don and his team. He saved the day for me and thankful that he was able to do it before the storm today.

Yesterday We had them do a Brush and Descaling of our pipes and had them lined for Structural integrity. This definitely saved us a lot of money !!!!
They were so Professional, arrived on time , Don really took the time to walk us through the process and answered any question that we had . Most of all he is very sincere and I really appreciate that !!! The guys that work with him were also very polite and very Knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs . Btw Don also followed up today to make sure that all was working properly, really great Customer Service!!!!!

I had a major issue with the mainline and sewar at our commercial apartment building. Don was amazing with his crew. They came out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote on the spot and went to work! Their pricing is very competitive, and they do amazing work!

I highly recommend this company and you will be amazed by their workmanship and competency! Gave me a 5 year warranty on the work they did for us! You cannot ask for better service and workmanship. Very reliable and professional!

We were looking for a new plumber after ours retired. After a couple of bad experiences with other plumbers, we found Don. He answered our call and offered to come out the next day- which was a Saturday! He accurately diagnosed what the issue was - an old broken pipe in the kitchen wall (not a slab leak as another plumber had told us). They replaced the old pipe with minimal damage to our wall and we had them hydrojet our backyard drains as well. They explained everything, were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be calling Don again the next time we need a plumber!

Don ghosted me. Services were paid for and we mentioned that the HOA was going cover the billing, however the wording for the receipt wasn't specific enough to cover it. He told me he would send me the updated receipt.

I called two more times about it, he said he'll send it to my email, but he never did. Called him 2 more times and he just completed ignored my calls and voicemails.

Don arrived early and was eager to help us resolve our plumbing problem on Saturday morning. Don was able to evaluate and fix the trouble by hydro-jetting a stuffed drain line after a routine routing didn't work. Don was accommodating and went well above and beyond his duty to help us in a timely fashion. We suggest you don't waste your time with other plumbers and that you just use New Line. For the record we're not in anyway affiliated, we're only very satisfied customers.

He explains everything, gives out advice, listens to your inputs, and shows up when promised. Like working with a relative (the good kind) that knows all there is to know about plumbing. We've used him on three major jobs (sewer pipe under a slab wore out after 50 years, sewer line to street collapsed, drainage from front to back collapsed), all with total satisfaction.
