Don ghosted me. Services were paid for and we mentioned that the HOA was going cover the billing, however the wording for the receipt wasn't specific enough to cover it. He told me he would send me the updated receipt.

I called two more times about it, he said he'll send it to my email, but he never did. Called him 2 more times and he just completed ignored my calls and voicemails.

Don arrived early and was eager to help us resolve our plumbing problem on Saturday morning. Don was able to evaluate and fix the trouble by hydro-jetting a stuffed drain line after a routine routing didn't work. Don was accommodating and went well above and beyond his duty to help us in a timely fashion. We suggest you don't waste your time with other plumbers and that you just use New Line. For the record we're not in anyway affiliated, we're only very satisfied customers.

Don and company are great. They have the technology, the knowledge, and the experience to take on big jobs that other won't touch. Don is friendly in the real sense, not the fake salesman way. He explains everything, gives out advice, listens to your inputs, and shows up when promised. Like working with a relative (the good kind) that knows all there is to know about plumbing. We've used him on three major jobs (sewer pipe under a slab wore out after 50 years, sewer line to street collapsed, drainage from front to back collapsed), all with total satisfaction.

New Line Plumbing is knowledgeable enough to take on the big jobs, don't mind taking on a small one, and they still give service with a small town, friendly attitude. Use them for any job with confidence.

Don is very nice, friendly ,very reasonable and more importantly very honest, he doesn't see you or treat you as a customer he treats you as a friend,very good communicator and explains to you everything step by step. We had 3 other companies stopped by and right away they were already talking big money knowingly that it was an easy fix.Don could have acted the same as the other ones (dishonest) but instead Don went above and beyond to save us money and get the job done. They know their job so well , and the repairs were done in a short amount of time.
They explained and showed me everything , giving me tight details of what needed to be done and advices for the futur.
I honestly cannot hope for a better team .
Will definitely call those guys again for futurs matters.

I called Don last night To unclog a drain that was backing up-Don offered to come last night however i Was heading out I asked Don if he can come in the morning, Don said I have a big job tomorrow morning but I'll make a pitstop before I head out. 7 AM and my drain is unclogged talk about customer service and taking care of the customers needs Don is a real plumber no shenanigans no commission pushy salesman like those other rooter companies. Paid $450 on 1/16/18 to hydrojet kitchen line, I was told we warranty our work for one year. 9 months later I'm having the same issue. Now I'm told if the warranty is not specified on your receipt we can't honor it. I guess it's my mistake that I didn't ask them to write it down on the receipt, but a honest businessman would print their warranty policy on the receipt and not expect the customer to ask them to write it down. This is a deceiving business practice.

New Line Plumbing & Rooter is the company we used for a gas leak, in the back yard. They came in found and repaired the leak. Then it became a huge job, as the leak pressure test showed that the entire 160 ft. line needed replacing, which included 43 ft. of concrete to be cutt. Don, and his crew worked for 8 days. I can say the professionalism, and quality of work is as good as it gets. It was an expensive job to say the least, yet it needed to be done. I honestly recommend New Line Plumbing and Rooter. They do not skirt issues or sugar coat problems. They are honest, truthful and above board.
