A solid five stars. Quickly came to help us out after hurricane Ian. Honest prices and very good souls. Highly recommended by a lot of people in this area of Northport Florida and I'm glad that I use them as well. They fixed my system to where it works for now for a small fee and will be putting in a brand new system here in the very near future for a very reasonable price. No price gouging. Now I see why they have a solid five star record!!!!!

Awful people. Most especially the owner. Avoid this business at all cost. the cost was five hundred dollars more than other estimates. but I went with them expecting good service. I was wrong. I waited six hours after the appointed time. When I called the owner he claimed he didn't write down my number. We had previous conversations. Perhaps he didn't know how to check his call history. the owner made a special trip to my home to call me rude. After he had the check of coarse.

They were on time, every time. I thought the prices were fair, not gouging the customer. I thought our well was dry or our pump wasn't working. They checked everything and I found out I have a good well and pump, just a bad leak in the irrigation system. Friendly and courteous service.

The guys did a great job bring our well up to par and updated after purchasing a home. The water prior had a bad smell and the pressure was real low. Upon completion the water pressure was great and NO smell. We chose to take part in their monthly service plan, ie checking salt and chlorine levels and equipment.we are very pleased and could not be happier with the results. Great owner and good prices! We were nearing 24 hours with no water. The first well tech arrived in about two hours and said, """"Ehh, it may be the pump. I can get it fixed in about three days."""" He only looked AT the pump and within ten minutes, he left and said """"Call me later."""" The second plumbing tech arrived in about four hours and said, """"Yeah, it's the pump. We're looking at about $4,500 in repairs and we'll have to dig about 100 feet into the ground. I can get it fixed in about five days. But, if you call me directly, I may be able to work you out a deal."""" Again, he simply just looked AT the pump and he was gone within five minutes. A few vodka cranberries and tears later, we called Charles with New Life Well and Pump and explained today's event. He didn't even know what to say! He sent over Matt who arrived within 30 minutes and he immediately did what no one else did; ACTUALLY CHECKED THE PUMP. We had a fried wire on the pump and a water logged pressure tank. He took the time to explain why this happened, replaced all the parts, cleaned our aerator, and told us how to maintain it. Note; I've NEVER lived on well water so I'm oblivious to all of this. He didn't complain or gripe once, he was well-mannered and spoke in terms I understood, and was beyond thorough in his work. Great job!!!

This company is showing 5 stars on their site. That can't be right. The owner is rude and obnoxious. Not worth it. I wonder if he hasn't rigged the stars rating on his own site. I suggest this company be avoided at all costs.
