Stay FAR from these people. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They were dispatched through American Home Shield to repair a broken water meter in my home. Not only were they RUDE they also tried to steal from me by claiming to have installed a part I paid over $400 for and waited 3 weeks to arrive. They came out, took the wall apart only for the tenant to catch that nothing in fact had been replaced. I called the office to speak with the office staff who was EXTREMELY RUDE! I explained that I'd like a refund on the money I spent on a part I ordered but they still had and this woman talked over me, got loud and told me she didn't have time for my issue and hung up in my face. I called back the next day to get another person who wanted to give me a partial refund of $80 (I spent over $400 on the part) and I wasn't going to accept that. Asked to speak to the manager (which was the same woman who hung up on me the previous day). She gets on the phone going on and on about how I was ruining her day and again she didn't have time and hung up on me. After seeing I didn't get anywhere with her, I called my bank and America Home Shield to dispute the charges and report them. Please, save your time and money and go find another company.

Sent by AHS to fix a leaking faucet on my tub. They ended up having to come back since initial leak was NOT fixed. When returning the plumber filled the tub so high that it caused water to leak through to my dining room. All due to him not doing his job right the first time!!! It was pouring on to my dining room floor!! My entire dining room ceiling is stained!!! My light will not turn on and they cut a huge hole as well!! Now they are denying they caused this damage!!! LIARS!! Luckily I have this all on video!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We hired Chad Logan on a Friday to hang 12 curtain rods. Please see our photos of damaged rods, relocated anchor holes, and uneven placement. The following Sunday we sent photos to Chad asking him to reimburse us for damaged curtain rods, costs to patch and paint holes and damaged walls, as well as payment for the 4 windows were curtain rods were improperly hung. He left dust and debris at all 12 windows and did not clean after himself. Chad's told us in a text message that, """"the vendor must have shipped damaged rods."""" Each rod was in an unopened box that Chad himself opened for installation. Chad gave no response to our requests other than to ask me not to contact him again.

We had a few leaks in the plumbing of our house that we purchased 2 years before, and our warranty company sent Pronto Plumbing. They determined we needed a full repipe - and we would have to pay completely out of pocket. After the job was finally completed, we were thankful just to be in our home again (we have 6 children and had to rent a home while we waited for the job to be scheduled and completed). After a few months, we realized a toilet was pulling water from the hot water line instead of cold. The sink was hooked up backward, and one of our hose bib lines was never replaced (I found a full line of copper still there, and it was no longer hooked up to water). We emailed them and received no response. We spoke to someone on the phone, they did not have a response. We emailed again. Then we waited. We had to care for a family member who then was in critical condition, so we did not follow them up. Still no response. Since November of 2022, I have periodically emailed them, called their office, and even spoke to 2 employees who came to look at another issue with a shower about having someone come repair the work they did because my toilet tank is now molding because they hooked it up wrong. They told me the last 2 times I spoke on the phone that it had been more than 1 year so it would be a new job, but they would speak to their manager. It's been more than a year because they did not respond and repair the job when I first requested support within the first 6 months of the repair. They still have not repaired the issue, and I should not need to pay them to fix something that obviously is a quality issue wtih their work and not user error (I obviously did not switch the pipes to my toilet from cold to hot). Also, they charged me in full before starting the job, then we called them and had to deal with several phone calls to try to reverse it and charge us only 50% upfront as originally stated. They explained it was too much of a hassle, so we just let it be since they finally scheduled the job to be completed and we were just desperate to get water and stop paying for a rental home while we waited.

My house's water pressure was getting higher and higher, so I adjusted the PRV to bring it down, but it would go back up within hours. I called my home warranty (HSA) they sent out Pronto, the tech conveniently wrote it up that excessive water pressure caused the TMP valve to leak ( Oh the one thing my Home warranty does not cover, Excessive water pressure) those exact words. So I'm no expert but the PRV was not regulating the pressure so the TMP is trying to relieve that pressure by opening up, that's why the water was coming out of the drain pipe, not leaking. The only thing that needed fixing was a leak between the shut-off valve and PRV which also needed replacing. But Pronto conveniently had a $3400 quota ready, since HSA didn't cover the repairs. This company is a scam, do not ever let them near your house.

The only thing Pronto about this company is them coming to your home to do a botch repair and then leave. The water stop flowing in our faucet back in November. This company was assigned by our home warranty. Tech came out, did a temporary fix and now 2 months later, the issue started again Another company will be replacing our faucet and now we are inconvenienced until the new faucet comes in when PRONTO should have replaced initially I knew it was a temporary fix and the plumber did as well. Never again!!!!!

Do not use this Man for any find of repairs or handy work. Not only did he charge me twice for the same work he did. He ripped up my bathroom floors and did nothing to compensate me for it. Never did we discuss taking up my bathroom floors (vinyl) I even have the text stating so. And then acting like it was no big deal. He came to rip up a carpet and tripled the estimate. He had no tools as any handyman would have, not even a dump pass. He had people come to my house he called his workers that he hired to do the dirty work while he was on his phone. He is not an electrician and has no business doing that work, he installed a fixture that does not work and refused to fix it because he said I harassed him. Two months of promises and he never showed up. Said he would but had his excuses. My advise is stay away and do not believe in estimates because they aren't even close.

If I could give them a zero I would! Do not use this company. I went through my home warranty to have a plumber come out for multiple clogged drains. He spent 10 minutes here flushed the toilet and looked at my plumbing and said it all had to be replaced. Quoted me approximately $5000. on the second request he would not even come out, said he could not snake the drains because it was a liability. Ended up getting my own plumber to fix the issue.
