I've used New Life Handyman Services -- run by Bobby -- for several projects over the last 2 years, and we've been very happy with everything he's done. Projects include (but are not limited to) installing a new backsplash, replacing our recessed lighting, minor plumbing, door installation, painting, and so forth. I used to get quotes from others, but Bobby's price is right and he is super friendly and responsive via email & text. So now we just contact Bobby whenever we have a handyman project. We've even hired him during COVID, and he wore his mask inside and out of the house and was mindful of social distancing.

Bobby got right back to us and was able to complete our repair of a new entry door and storm door the next day. He cleaned up well and was great to work with.

I've worked with Bobby on three different projects at my home, and can't recommend him highly enough. For the first, he came out on a Sunday evening (I was a new customer) to connect dryer hoses for a new dryer that the company that delivered the dryer couldn't do. He was so professional and willing to go the extra mile, that I hired him to do two other repairs -- one was extensive, when I had a burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom that soaked drywall and ceilings down 3 stories. He replaced the ceilings, drywall, and painted, and everything was perfect. He showed up when he said he would, cleaned up beautifully, was friendly and easy to work with, and his prices are very reasonable. I plan on having him to several more projects for me in the future.

Since there's no way to give NO STAR, I give them a 1. Inquired about a minor home repair over two weeks ago. Never got a response, a call or anything. Don't believe what the website says! Can't speak of the workmanship, but obviously the customer service is bad.

I just got off the phone with Bobby, and he refused my business just because the money is coming from a company and not from the tenant. The tenant pays the rent to us; therefore, the repairs must be paid by US and not out of the tenant's pocket so are you saying you only deal with homeowners? Why the discrimination towards tenants? They also need service but if you have the luxury of refusing service, I guess you don't really need the work, so why even list your business here? Unbelievable. Would not recommend.
