This company came out to my house on Friday and told me they could fix the issue by Monday. Today (Monday) I am told they are not able to do so because it's not their speciality. I had to calling and eventually send a text message to even have them respond. They knew water was leaking out of my house and could have shared their inadequacy information three days ago. The worst part is the owner asked if I had paid then online yet and once he confirmed I did, he told me a bunch of nothing. Poor customer service, poor communication and I will NEVER use them again.

This company is horrible! AHS (garbage) had them to come out and diagnosis our AC unit on June 2. They stated it was our coil and it needed to be replace. We started calling after a couple of weeks and they never responded. In July we contacted AHS and found out that NLC wanted us to pay a $1000 for reconstruction of the unit. Of course, AHS does not cover that fee. We agreed to pay because it's over 90 degrees and one month later-we are at their mercy. Week later-we are still calling and contacting NLC/AHS. Finally, we get through to AHS on 17 August and they stated we can ""cash out""-which means we can call another service company and they will pay up to $516.06. We contacted Stoneman and that came out today, 25 August @1230 pm-diagnosed the coil as being clogged and dirty, along with low Freon. The service rep from Stoneman cleaned our coil out and added four pounds of Freon and AC unit was up and running by 2pm. New Life Contract is a dishonest company in my opinion and AHS has poor quality service and no follow up procedures with these contractors.

Believe all the previous reviews. This place is just out to take money from your home warranty company. I put in a request on Sunday night for a clogged toilet. I got a text and was asked what times worked for me so I entered three times. The first one has passed with out a phone call from them. I have another bathroom, but I can smell sewage from the whole house. The previous contractors (older house, lots of toilet issues) showed up within 24 hours and, if they couldn't be here, called to make contact. I'm probably going to have to find my own plumber and pay out-of-pocket since my home warranty company puts me on hold for two hours.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! I had the same experience as the other reviewers...

No response!!!!! Our home warrenty agency contracted with these folks to look at our leaky hot water heater. We waited from Thursday to Monday and no response to our phone calls and no contact from them. Home warrenty agency could not get them either. We had another contractor come out and they were awesome. Would not recommend.

Thanks to my Home Warrenty, New Life Contracting came out to look at my HVAC. From the beginning, Jim was prompt and courteous to work with. He helped to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. Marcus was the service technician who came out to look at my HVAC. Marcus was professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concern, and was able to identity and repair what was necessary. Didn't try to give me the ""Doomsday "" report and try to sell me a new HVAC system, which I really appreciated. Thank you NLC!
