We used New Lattitudes Construction for two home additions. They were always very responsive in communications. Howard is very knowledgeable in many areas home construction and building codes, and also a man of integrity. His people were well supervised, skilled, trustworthy, respectful, and on time. They gave us exactly what we asked for with each project and completion within the time frame expected. The cost was reasonable for our requirements. It was a pleasure working with them, and we couldn't be happier. We would recommend them to anyone searching for a good contractor.

Since the real estate market was so crazy earlier this year, my wife and I decided to add ~ 200 square feet and a second bathroom to our home. I couldn't be happier with the job that New Lattitudes did! The quality of the work was great and Howard was very responsive. I would always get a reply within a few hours. His crew does everything to code and we didn't run into any major hiccups. If I were to do any major project to my home again, I would definitely go with New Lattitudes Construction.

I would not recommend this contractor. Howard who we spoke to was difficult to work with. Dose not follow what we asked for in estimates and prolongs giving estimates. Howard needs to treat his costumers with respect. We know what the process with building permits, plans and what inspectors require. Howard thinks he knows it all. Howard needs to stay in his lane and just give customers the estimates!

8 months later: I want to say thanks to Howard AGAIN for fixing our AC. It was over 100 degrees last week and our AC did not work. Howard checked it out and fixed it on the same day.

This is a late post regarding Howard's team from 2018. They did crown molding and recessed lighting through our whole house. They did an excellent job! Howard's communication was excellent. True professionals. We highly recommend.

Howard and his team remodeled our home last year and did an amazing job. His team was quick, efficient and responsive. They deconstructed and added square footage to our mid 80's track home and turned it into a beautiful semi custom model home we love. We would highly recommend Howard and New Latitudes Construction for anyone interested in remodeling their home.

We ended up going with a different contractor, but I still felt I should leave a review based on our experience up to the point of finalizing things with another company.
We got an estimate for a master bath and kitchen remodel. They were on time, very friendly, weren't in a rush, and listened to us and took note of everything we wanted.. they didn't try to steer us in their own direction at all (as I feel some other companies do.)
While waiting for the final quote, we were able to email frequently with questions or additional info, and were always responded to promptly, even at night or on weekends.
We would have moved forward with this company, but decided it made more since to stick to a contractor we used in another area of the house, so things would all match. I would still recommend this company though for sure.

My experience with New Latitudes Construction was absolutely awesome. I previously had a really bad experience with another construction company, however Howard was an absolute heaven sent. Every expectation was met from the start to the finish. The crew was very clean and professional, and I am extremely happy with the job that was done.
