Howard and his team remodeled our home last year and did an amazing job. His team was quick, efficient and responsive. They deconstructed and added square footage to our mid 80's track home and turned it into a beautiful semi custom model home we love. We would highly recommend Howard and New Latitudes Construction for anyone interested in remodeling their home.

We ended up going with a different contractor, but I still felt I should leave a review based on our experience up to the point of finalizing things with another company.
We got an estimate for a master bath and kitchen remodel. They were on time, very friendly, weren't in a rush, and listened to us and took note of everything we wanted.. they didn't try to steer us in their own direction at all (as I feel some other companies do.)
While waiting for the final quote, we were able to email frequently with questions or additional info, and were always responded to promptly, even at night or on weekends.
We would have moved forward with this company, but decided it made more since to stick to a contractor we used in another area of the house, so things would all match. I would still recommend this company though for sure.

My experience with New Latitudes Construction was absolutely awesome. I previously had a really bad experience with another construction company, however Howard was an absolute heaven sent. Every expectation was met from the start to the finish. The crew was very clean and professional, and I am extremely happy with the job that was done.

People, let me just say I don't usually write many reviews let alone good ones (guess my expectations are to high) but I just had to in this instance. Howard and his company New Lattitudes are outstanding!!! I say without hesitation, if you need any home construction or remodeling done, look no further. I just had a new 640sq ft. addition added to my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was fair, the workmanship was top notch. I've had construction done before and you know how it goes. One day they're here, a couple they're not, etc, etc... It drags on forever. Howard's team of very courteous and professionals were basically on the job every day and at every step of the process (except for when waiting for an inspection). I was amazed! Before we even started, Howard stated a completion timeline of 12 weeks. I was apprehensive it could be completed in that time frame. It was completed in 10 weeks to the day. WHAT? New Lattitudes know their stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Wonderful working with Howard & his crew. Howard was quick to respond to our needs & gave us an estimate right away. We wanted to update a few rooms in our home in order to list it to sell. Howard was a very nice guy. He came and walked through our house and promised an estimate in about 2 weeks time but never got back to us. He came the last week of October 2017 and it's now mid January 2018 and still haven't heard from him.

Everything seemed promising but he never got back to us. He told us he had million dollar homes he was doing so maybe doing a home that's only worth north of $400k wasn't worth his time? Or maybe he thought we didn't have the money?

We're not the type of people to keep calling and texting someone to give them work..if your interested in doing the job I think you should get back to the customer to let them know your busy or not interested in the job.

Either way we are now looking for another contractor.

I gave him 2 stars just because he was nice.

Howard came out to get me an estimate, and was super fast to respond in the beginning, but then nothing :( he sent an email with an estimate but it wasn't itemized the way he said it would be, and then when I try to contact him there's no response. My guess is he just doesn't want to do this job but I wish he would have just told me that instead of leaving me in the dark. I have a remodel I really want done and I was hoping on this company.

Howard is a true professional. He completed a fairly extensive remodel and addition for us nearly a year ago. We added two master bedrooms and did an extensive remodel of our existing kitchen and bathroom. Howard and his team completed the work in the exact time frame quoted. He was great in his communication and was very thorough in our weekly walk throughs. Since completion of the project, we have had a few loose ends that have needed his attention. Howard was great about following up and addressing any open items. I would highly recommend Howard for any remodel or additions.
