I hired this company based on a recommendation and I was very pleased with the outcome. Pierre was Very professional and clean. They cover all the inside of the house with plastic except the path to walk and perform the job. Floors were well protected and most of all very quick on finishing the job. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Pricing was more than reasonable and you get your bang for your buck. I did all the water lines and gas lines in the house.

Needed a quick fix for a clogged drain and Pierre from New Image Plumbing was able to come over and fix the problem right away! Pierre gave me good advice on how to prevent future clogs, and was super professional the entire visit. I called out 4 other plumbing companies for a leak in my yard, and none of them could figure out where it was, my water bill was through the roof! A family friend told me about New Image Plumbing, so I called and was met with MR PIERRE , not only did he find a leak within 20 minutes he also checked the pressure to my home and it was at 100 psi. He explained that normal water pressure should be no higher than 75 psi and recommended a pressure regulator. He got the leak fixed and pressure regulator installed for a very good price. Thank you PIERRE for your hard work! We will definitely be using you for all of our plumbing needs.

Last Last week, I called new image plumbing & rooter to ask about installing a gas stove i have had for a while sitting in my storage not being used. They answered right away and very friendly and helpful on the phone! Within the same week I called, they had someone come install my gas stove. The installer name was Pierre, and he was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Pierre didn't leave a mess and didn't try to oversale me. The stove is working great, and I can now cook and bake all my favorite recipes. I am so happy with the service! I definitely recommend new image rooter & plumbing and will be contacting them again soon for a utility sink I need installed.

Very helpful! Did a warranty repair on my water heater and did all the communicating with the company so I didn't have to deal with them. Also stuck with it after the first and second part the manufacturer sent didn't solve the problem.
