Last Last week, I called new image plumbing & rooter to ask about installing a gas stove i have had for a while sitting in my storage not being used. They answered right away and very friendly and helpful on the phone! Within the same week I called, they had someone come install my gas stove. The installer name was Pierre, and he was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Pierre didn't leave a mess and didn't try to oversale me. The stove is working great, and I can now cook and bake all my favorite recipes. I am so happy with the service! I definitely recommend new image rooter & plumbing and will be contacting them again soon for a utility sink I need installed.

Very helpful! Did a warranty repair on my water heater and did all the communicating with the company so I didn't have to deal with them. PIERRE arrived in a pink van and was very professional and even put on booties without me asking to enter my home. He found out what the issue was and had it fixed within 30 minutes, and cleaned up very well after him self. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional on service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with New Image Plumbing for a series of protects around our home, that included installing a new water pressure regulator, a new gas line and a toilet upgrade. I am very happy with their above and beyond service. My biggest concern was our high water pressure, extremely high, they explained what potential damage can occur and how to address it. I had other companies trying to over charge easily 5 times as much. Our gas line was an upgrade we have been wanting to do for a while and was done flawlessly. About 2 weeks after the work had been completed, they called to follow up with any questions or concerns that may have came up. Thank you for that follow up. Very pleased with the outcome and would turn to them for future projects.

Honest and reliable- two important factors when choosing a service for your home. Pierre was direct and explained exactly what was needed. This was after getting two quotes from misleading people I found on Yelp right above New image plumbing. Going with Pierre I saved about half what others quoted me with deceit.
