Kudos to New Hope plumbing that came out to fix a water leak. He was fast and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable. Tylar the plumber was down to earth and upfront with his assessment of what needed to be done. These older homes made in the 60's are difficult to work on and most need constant attention. I think this company will be my ""go to"" in the future.

The water heater began leaking. We received a good referral for New Hope Plumbing in Brookings, Oregon They came out the next day (next day, people! Unheard of on the Oregon coast) Excellent service, quality products, and they were finished in under two hours. This is a family company in Brookings, Oregon. Called on a Saturday with my ""crisis"". They called back in a few hours and got me squared away and back in service. Since it was Saturday and I wasn't expecting anyone to call over the weekend, I called 3 other plumbers. Here it is Monday afternoon and New Hope is still the only one who returned my call. Big shout out to Brad and the folks at New Hope Plumbing. Thank You!

After trying to get help with our hot water issue, I heard from New Hope. I was told that I'd get a call back, but I got Blake instead! Our problem was not an easy one to fix, but he worked so hard, in a crummy, tight crawlspace, to repair the leaky pipe. It is glorious to finally, after six weeks, have hot water like normal people. Thank you so very much! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!

Very happy, quick response today. Blake came out(owner's son) to fix two known small leaks in our plumbing and did so quickly and professionally. He also say a small leak in a shower drain and tightened that up for us as well. Thank you very much!

We will be giving New Hope a call when we do our bathroom remodeling later this year.

I had a new faucet and sink installation that needed new hot and cold water valves to adapt to the new 3/8 inch faucet connections. Brad had Tyler come out same day as I called and did a great job!

Went over to apologize to Brad and his wife for the music volume at my house at 10 pm. He claims it was 1130 pm, but it wasn't even dark yet. I apologize to him and his wife verbally, and even wrote note of apology. My fiancé was sing along with some songs, with head phone on and didn't realize that they took offense again, some 200 yards away, and thru trees and a gulch. I proceeded to apologize, wrote a nice letter. He then DEMANED that I GET OFF HIS PRPRTY, and called me a CRIP. I am disabled and use a cane to get around, and a wheelchair. Both my hips have been replaced, do to work injury. I was pleasant and apologetic. I will never do business with his company again. Very poor people skill, and he lies. When confronted about a previous complaint, he denied any knowledge. Fair plumber. terrible people skills. And his prices are higher than some really good plumbers here in Brookings are, and surrounding area. Has a bad attitude also (gruff), thinks always right. Want save money, and get a better plumber
