Sent out bids via YELP for replacing my 2 (two) 40 gallon short water heaters in a cramp attic space. Bids varied from 4200 down to 3000 total. Felix at New Gen was not only competitive but fast and efficient. He has a team of 4 people that work well. Took 3 hours to complete. My recommendation DONOT do this yourself. Those water heaters are MASSIVELY HEAVY. I didn't want stainless steel for the water lines; they accommodated with copper. Overall excellent value and I highly recommend New Gen Plumbing.

My water heater tripped in the summer because it's in the attic and that happens when it gets hot like once a year very common issue. i'm in a brand new house with a brand new water heater and this guy tried to scam me saying I need to call my warranty and get a new part and call him again to install it. He said he was the owner, but he does not understand customer service because he was very rude. Did not help me move the furniture out of the way or open the attic door. I asked him when he came down if he put the switch back together or put the cover on the flame so it doesnt keep going out he didnt and said ," oh do you want me to put it on?!" and had to go back up there like he wouldn't do that for the $85 I paid him just to switch something on that took five minutes. I honestly regret giving him my business. he was lazy and did not even let me check if the hot water was working or ask me to run it.
