I would give 10 stars if I could, called at 5pm on a Saturday and they were at my home at 5:30pm after we got stood up by 2 plumbing companies.
Felix fixed up our water heater issue with no problems. He was SUPER helpful and even showed my husband how to maintenance & work the heat settings. It's SO hard to find trust worthy and honest people in this world. Let alone service companies. Going to recommend New Gen to all my friends & family. Thank you Felix for all your help & kindness!!

I did a project through yelp and the first thing that stuck out was this company actually read all of the stuff I put said. They got back to me timely and had quick availability.

Now this was a project at my mom's house. Due to her age I tend to spearhead any issues she has as we know how some companies are with senior citizens. The man (I THINK Hector) was professional and seemed to understand where I was coming from.

I got a call when Sixto was on his way and he let me when he was there. My mom said he was very professional, friendly, courteous and just all around great. He went up on the attic looking for a cut off valve that we weren't sure if it was there. We also knew if it was it was under blown in insulation. He never hesitated. He found the cut off valve, but understood my mom still had worries (old house with copper pipes) so he went to Home Depot to get what was needed to cap the small line.

Their prices were reasonable and definitely did not feel like they tried taking advantage of my mom at all. My mom said she would definitely use them again and had already passed their information on to family

Couldn't have asked for better service than what Felix provided for our backflow preventer. He responded immediately, came out to our house for an estimate, and then returned the next day to complete the project. Throughout the process he was very thorough in explaining what he was doing.

Sent out bids via YELP for replacing my 2 (two) 40 gallon short water heaters in a cramp attic space. Bids varied from 4200 down to 3000 total. Felix at New Gen was not only competitive but fast and efficient. He has a team of 4 people that work well. Took 3 hours to complete. My recommendation DONOT do this yourself. Those water heaters are MASSIVELY HEAVY. I didn't want stainless steel for the water lines; they accommodated with copper. Overall excellent value and I highly recommend New Gen Plumbing.
