Should be put out of business. I rarely write reviews, but they are so dishonest I am compelled to let everyone know just how awful they are. They told me no charge to come out , and they will let me know how much it costs to fix the leaky garbage disposal when they get there. They dismantled it , said there is nothing wrong and then tried to force me to pay $180 to just put it back together , which would take 8 minutes. They refused to put it back together , leaving me with a non working sink.
My husband put it back together in 8 minutes. Dishonest Thieves. Unfpfrossional. Liars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. TRY ANYONE ELSE. They tell you no charge to come out and then they hold your plumbing hostage and force you to pay them whatever they want.
AVOID NEW FLOW PLUMBING LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Arman and his brother did a great job repairing a plumbing issue that required cracking the concrete and digging 6 feet under to replace a pipe. They were quick, professional and offered a great price. I was really impressed and I would highly recommend New Flow Plumbing.

These guys are awesome. I called the owner on a last minute emergency job I needed done with a gas line and they delivered just in time. Great customer service, and detailed in their work. I would strongly recommend. Their billing and price quotes are great. Their invoices are also detailed and email friendly instantly. what a scam the owner tried to charge me 2500 for a drain cleaning after they broke my pipes!!! never ever trust this company run and run fast. they kept saying that a woman has no idea about plumbing and that I should just "" shut my mouth"" well once my husband got home they changed their attitude quickly but they still tried to rip me off for 2500 when they broke my pipes. our next calls is to the BBB and our congressman.

Okay, I have to give kudos to Arman and his brothers at New Flow. They were good. They were priced very reasonably, they were friendly and professional in their demeanor, and they got an unexpected yucky problem solved quickly. I felt they went the extra mile in making sure all was well with two different sewer lines I have on my property.

In my case they ultimately found it was roots in the sewer line, but that wasn't at first apparent. They came out quickly and rolled up their sleeves and dealt with this less than hygienic problem. They removed a toilet and snaked the line. But that didn't do the trick. So they brought out a camera and saw/measured how far down the line the blockage is. Then they brought out this wazoo instrument where you can walk the underground pipe from the inside to outside of the house, winding around, to find the exact spot underground where the problem is.

In my case they had to dig 8ft down, and sure enough they found the blockage right where the wazoo instrument said it was. They worked hard, fixed it, patched up the part of the driveway they had to dig up, and followed up a few days later.

They did a great job of getting the problem solved quickly and didn't break the bank in doing so.

I promised them I'd write a review on Yelp (my very first one), so promise kept. Will use them again if I have to.

Literally just created an account just to write this review; this plumbing service is fantastic. They came within an hour of me calling, and the plumber I had was hard-working and focused, and he didn't rush to solve the problem. Instead, he made sure what the problem was first before rushing in and potentially flooding the place. Not only that, but he made sure I wouldn't have to pay as much by finding the most convenient route to solving the problem. Additionally, once the job was done perfectly, he checked several times before he left, told me what the wider problem with the building's piping was, then took a picture for me to show the building's manager. He also noted my toilet was using too much water per flush, which I can report and as a result save money on my water bill. He was patient, good at his job, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and well he completed the job. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you so so much!
