I recently had cause to use New Flow Plumbing for a CCTV sewer inspection. Unfortunately, the city inspector concluded the sewer needed rehabilitation. After doing my homework, I contracted with Arshak and New Flow Plumbing to do the required work to get the sewer line up to snuff so I could get my signoff from the city. Arshak was great to work with - personable, communicative, and efficient - and he and New Flow Plumbing (along with another subcontractor that has a special license to work on city streets) got the job done quickly without any added drama. Highly recommended! A+

We have been using New Flow Plumbing's services since 2017, around 6 years. They have helped us with numerous problems, from big issues like root incursion in the main sewer line (fixed once and for all with a new extruded pipe inside the old clay pipe), to installing a new water regulator, to various smaller plumbing repairs. Most recently, Armen fixed an issue with a sink that would not hold water when the drain was closed; the job turned out to be more involved than expected, but Armen stuck to the task and got it working, for which I am eternally grateful! Armen and Arman have been wonderful to work with over the years. They do great work!

Armen and his crew came through for me to do pipe burst, pipe replacement, and resin lining for my sewer system that hadn't been touched since it was built in the early 1950s. Arman and Armen were attentive to my concerns in a pleasant manner, give appropriate advice, and came through in a timely manner and at a fair price. Should be put out of business. I rarely write reviews, but they are so dishonest I am compelled to let everyone know just how awful they are. They told me no charge to come out , and they will let me know how much it costs to fix the leaky garbage disposal when they get there. They dismantled it , said there is nothing wrong and then tried to force me to pay $180 to just put it back together , which would take 8 minutes. They refused to put it back together , leaving me with a non working sink.
My husband put it back together in 8 minutes. Dishonest Thieves. Unfpfrossional. Liars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. TRY ANYONE ELSE. They tell you no charge to come out and then they hold your plumbing hostage and force you to pay them whatever they want.
AVOID NEW FLOW PLUMBING LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Arman and his brother did a great job repairing a plumbing issue that required cracking the concrete and digging 6 feet under to replace a pipe. They were quick, professional and offered a great price. I was really impressed and I would highly recommend New Flow Plumbing.
