He came out and fixed the clog another company could not, ran a camera at our request and we found out why our shower always clogged, and discovered a crack near the problem area that was leaking sewage under my house.

Once he replaced a portion of my mainline, which involved removing a very thick slab of cement walkway at the side of my house and digging down about 3-4', they replaced the cement perfectly and removed some old pipes that someone (plumber from long ago) left under the house because we couldn't see them.

When he was checking everything out, he noticed the toilet's wax ring was old and was leaking under the house, so he replaced it without any up-charge to the quote.

He was here when he said he'd be, they were FAST, 3 hours flat, clean, cleaned up after themselves, and I was very comfortable with them being in my house and ""free-ranging"" on my property. I will gladly call them again should I need plumbing services again!

I have used them 3 times. This most recent time, they brought in the camera to show me and my landlord that the problem was with roots, and not my fault. They allowed me to plug in a USB drive and record the camera going through the pipe as well. All high-tech machinery, clean, fast service, and always same day or next day scheduling. Also they have worked with whatever scenario I have, especially with an old house with old plumbing, and hard to access pipes etc, but have always made it work. Invoices get emailed directly to you which is also nice.
