I had to get my sewer line replaced (which is a big job) and my dad had called another company who gave him a quote over the phone and when they arrived (late), they wanted more money, just to survey the work! So luckily, we then called Arman, who came the same day and gave us a fair quote and diagnosis.

He and his team showed up the next business day for the job. Arman talked me through every step and showed me updates as the process was moving along. He and his team were friendly and professional and they even finished a little bit ahead of schedule!

I am so glad we found them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional work!

If you want the job done right from a plumber who is communicative and timely, Arman from New Flow Plumbing is your guy. I called half a dozen plumbers on a Sunday afternoon and got turned down every time. Arman responded quickly and stayed to make sure the job was completed. I live in a condominium and turning the water off is a big deal because it inconveniences not just one owner, but many. Arman systematically deduced where the problem was coming from and set to work. The water was out for only 2 hours. I highly recommend the brothers from New Flow. They are men of good character.

I had several appointments today and the last thing I wanted was to see was grey water coming up in the shower and tub :( We had the window cleaners coming at 8am, our twice a month cleaning service was coming at 9am..... and we had a drainage problem!! I called New Flow Plumbing and was told they would be here in 45 min or less! I couldn't believe it! The problem is solved. I was given options that would make problems down the line easier. Our house is 77 years old, well taken care of but we have cast iron drainage pipes, etc, etc. There was no hard sell. Just honest info. (which we had already heard from our house inspector when we bought this house 6 months ago). We love to support family owned businesses, and this is a family you can trust. Good work, good price and above all.. honest . We have found another branch of our home maintenance family :)

While doing dishes after dinner, sink would not drain. It was gross. Loved being able to message company thru yelp. Made arrangements for service call the next day around my schedule & kids school. Armen arrived, super nice guy, snaked the drain & all was fixed. Was even able to use coupon on their yelp page. Will use again.

Everyone knows having your toilet, sink and or bath tub stopped up is NO FUN!! I had called several plumbers and they all said it would be Monday!! Not Good!! I then came upon New Flow Plumbing and WOW is all I can say!! Being Saturday did not seem to be a problem at all!!
Arshak came within thirty minutes and within an hour all was well!! He was very professional and certainly did not make me feel like I was bothering him!
This will be my go to plumber from now on!

I would recommend this this place to anyone. The water was rising in my shower & draino didn't work. I called New Flow Plumbing and spoke to Arman. He was able to come out on the same day and fix the problem quickly. He was polite, professional & the service was inexpensive.

This company is very professional, make you feel comfortable, and they are very willing to help and show the greatest concern and interest in trying to fix your problem. They are very good with scheduling something really quick. I had service from them and didnt feel like I wanted to call anyone else for future problems. I'll be sticking to this company for a while, for sure.
