Greetings, I’m Sal, the proprietor. I began my plumbing career at 19, first as an apprentice, then as a technician, manager, and now as the owner. I am familiar with the details of plumbing, including pressure issues, scams, and misinformation that I faced in my early days. Eventually, I recognized that I could support homeowners by revealing the true nature of their plumbing problems. This is my plumbing biography. You’ll notice my experience with leading plumbing companies, like Mr. Rooter, where I worked alongside Bill, the owner, and a few others to develop it into a leading franchise across the country.
I started as a plumber's helper at Rescue Rooter in 1999.
I was employed as a plumber and technician at Mr. Rooter between 2000 and 2001.
I worked as the Plumber Field Manager at Mr. Rooter from 2001 to 2004.
I served as a plumbing supervisor and business partner for John's Plumbing from 2004 to 2006.
Since 2006, I have owned and operated New Era Plumbing in California and Plumbing Doctors LV.
