Called on a Saturday with an emergency. They gave us an 11-2pm appointment the following day (Sunday). I called at 9am on Sunday and they confirmed that the tech was on another call and heading my way right after. Got another call at 10:40 to say they couldn't get a tech to come to my house till Monday morning. Wish I didn't call this company. I called another company and the tech will be here in an hour.

I had a problem with a low water pressure in a bathroom faucet. A black particle was restricting the water flow. Charlie exceeded my expectations in terms of effectiveness and detecting the problem. Excellent job!

New Era and Plumbing is awesome! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. I have dealt with Shane, who came out to provide quotes, Eshan, who did a checkup on my furnace, and Charlie and Momo, who installed my dishwasher. All 4 were very professional, took the time to explain things and made sure that the work was done completely and correctly. Ethan, Charlie and Momo also made sure that their work areas were fully cleaned up. I highly recommend New Era Plumbing.?

just found New Era and couldn't be more pleased. Shane, Ryan and Andrew are so good at what they do!

Quickly installed a back flow preventer for future lawn irrigation and while they were here, changed an outdoor spigot that required Ryan to go through a very tiny crawl space to complete.

now I will have them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Thanks for the follow up a year and half after the service day. Also for reminding me that $1,187 is a minimum of $400 more than other HVAC companies charge to replace a capacitor and clean the unit. Yes, pricing is important to most people and your company completely failed at that. No, I would not recommend New Era.

I hate to leave negative review because everyone has to pay their bills
but it is a serious issue with this company.. 2 years ago, they charge me
1500 to replace expansion tank,water feeder valve and internal valve (total parts cost 200 dollars).. i had boiler issue where the PSI of the boiler would climb up and after their diagnosis, they wanted to charge me 2000 to replace the 3 items again (500 dollars more than previous time).. they charged me 99 dollars to troubleshoot the problem and then they suggested I should replace my hot water tank and boiler for 30K+.

I called another plumber and it was bad water heater which was causing the boiler PSI to go up. I do not think it is fair to do this to folks.. everyone needs to make honest living. I don't want to leave bad review but I have to be honest about my experience with this company.

We have had New Era come out to us a few times now for maintenance on our heating/AC system and more recently a call when our heating system seemed to not be working. Shane and Eshen were very personable and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what the issue was. They we're extremely professional and we were very happy with the service provided.

My ac condenser stopped working suddenly. I called New Era Plumbing and I was charged 99 dollars for estimates. Two guys came and looked around for a short time. They told me that my ac condenser and furnace were old and needed to be replaced and that would set me back for 20,000 - 45,000 dollars. They said that they do financing and I can get rebates from Mass Save. I asked them what was wrong with the ac condenser. They said it could be the fan and that the motor had seized. The worst was that they said that they do not do repairs and I wondered why they took the job since I had clearly indicated I needed repair. Later when they left I decided to replace the capacitor since I had a spare (costs about $35 on Amazon), and the ac condenser started working just like before!!! So these guys never even checked to see what was the problem. They just wanted to sell and sell.
