We were shopping around for a new toilet. Got an outrageous quote from another company and wanted a second opinion. My boyfriend's co-worker highly recommended New Era Plumbing. They were very helpful on the phone and we were able to set up the installation quickly and easily. They were very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, cleanly, and efficient. Price was very reasonable. We are definitely using them again and will recommend to friends.

C J and New Era Plumbing are excellent, they removed my old bath tub and installed a new one at a great price, my bathroom looks stunning not only that my kitchen sink was clogged, they came and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Very professional and excellent in what they do.

These guys are fantastic. After my horrible experience with One Stop Plumbing and Rooter from Whittier, it was very refreshing to deal with professionals. I called them and they came out to fix my water heater same day, within an hour or two. The two guys diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a quote, and fixed it within 20 minutes. Water heater is working great. Super easy, reliable, friendly, professional, and FAST. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!

5 stars times 2 for New Era Plumbing! CJ was great! I filled out the appointment request online late in the afternoon and CJ called back within the hour (most other services I've experienced would reply to a request a couple days later at the earliest or not at all!). CJ came over the next morning and replaced our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink and replaced our dripping bathroom faucet. Great, prompt service. CJ is very courteous and professional. We will be calling New Era for all of our future needs! Highly recommended!

CJ was fantastic to work with! We discovered that our garbage disposal was leaking late on a Friday. I called CJ around 4:30 pm and he was at our house within a half hour. He confirmed we needed a new disposal and my husband said he'd pick one up on the way home. CJ offered to come over between 8-9 Saturday morning to install it. At 8am sharp he showed up on our doorstep and the disposal was installed twenty minutes later (the power cord had already been wired). Not only was CJ fast and efficient, he was also polite, professional and sincere. His prices are fair and we'll definitely call him again when the need arises!

At 9:30 on a Friday night our plumbing throughout the house completely backed. We called CJ and within 20 minutes he was here. It is now 10:40 that same night and our drains are clear, couldn't have asked for a more efficient service call. Reasonable prices too!
