I have been using New England Sheet Metal since 2015 and have had wonderful experiences. The company maintains both my homes and the bill is representative of the work received. My husband's company also has a preventative maintenance agreement with them and has had them out for repairs with no issues.

Two service appointments later no results to air conditioning not cooling below 78 degrees. I googled and we just had our roof done which this business was aware of google mentioned if you've had roof work done it could possibly have knocked the insulation of the ducting....,,, Oh and the second service guy went inside the attic and didn't mention anything about ducts being uncovered but said a new thermostat is probably the issue..... well it wasn't the thermostat.. the insulation company came from the attic and said your air conditioning ducts are exposed... hummmmm
This company cant give you a work order to know what you are being charge and the service guy didnt have a pricing sheet for the service and this new thermostat i would need either. I get the bill and there is a TRUCK CHARGE FEE OF $25... I call i am explained it is for gas and insurance on their work vehicle... I am thinking how odd is that..... the office manager explains they have been charging this for years.... I bet this company claims insurance, mileage and gas tax on the business taxes for federal and state when their customers are actually paying the fee the company isn't .... I am so disappointed in how this office manager couldn't explain why I as a customer should pay their gas and truck insurance... Just kept saying it is a standard fee...
