In 1997, New England Service Company was created to serve as a holding company for regulated water utilities. As the years passed, NESC evolved to provide residential and commercial plumbing services, manage small water systems, oversee projects, repair and replace water infrastructure, and offer community sub-metering.

Travis, our field manager, joined New England Service Company in 2006. Graduating from UCONN with a degree in Natural Resource Management, Travis brings valuable expertise to our team. Travis not only supervises our residential services but also manages our backflow prevention and cross-connection initiatives across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
