Went outside to turn off the sprinkler and saw water on the side of the yard, water softener issues for sure . Regular plumber not available, got a referral who gave me another referral, got yet another, which was how I ended up at New England. So glad the trail ended where its did . On July 7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR $387.00 TOTAL - $417.78. When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote a price of $258.00. They took advance because of - two things I am a senior citizen and a woman. If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

From the beginning, when I frantically called and Patrick answered the phone, I knew our Association was in good hands. It's not something one can describe, it's just a feeling and I felt relieved when speaking with Patrick because he immediately told me on the phone that he didn't think we needed to do what we thought which was do an infrared light exploration. He came right out on the July 4th weekend and saw the problem right away which was water coming through the ceiling of our underparking area and narrowed it down to a pipe in a unit owner's apt. Suffice it to say, NEP is my plumbing company of choice now for my residential needs and our condo Association as well. Recently, Jose was here at my unit and not only was he helpful and kind, but he worked with me around my crazy work schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I would also like to mention that Mikah has also been very nice and accommodating as well. NEP is the best!

I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.

It says A LOT when a plumbing company refers you to another company (versus just saying no). I am so thankful that I was referred to New England plumbing. John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. New England was easy to work with via text, they were quick to give estimates and were honest, reliable and punctual (three things I've found to be very uncommon in Miami). They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it's been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There's been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty. New England Plumbing saved us a lot of money by encouraging us to fix our water heater instead of buying a new one (which we thought we had to do). I'd imagine it's more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that's already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward for all my plumbing needs!

Our building in Bay Harbor Islands used NEP services on number of occasions and they always deliver. Thank you for being responsive and professional. It is a hard find in Miami nowadays.
