So I made an appointment on their website. Proceeded to take 1/2 a day off work to meet the plumber. After 1.5 hours late please read the response se from the owner. What a joke- they don't know how to operate their own scheduling feature found in their website. Pathetic - many other more responsive companies. Maybe this is the norm for New England? This won't hold water in Miami.

It says A LOT when a plumbing company refers you to another company (versus just saying no). I am so thankful that I was referred to New England plumbing. John Patrick and his associates are professional, responsive, and cost conscious. New England was easy to work with via text, they were quick to give estimates and were honest, reliable and punctual (three things I've found to be very uncommon in Miami). They have come back multiple times to help me fix the temperature after the water heater was repaired but it's been too hot (we have an infant) or a little too cold. There's been no complaints and they even reached out to see if I was happy and reminded me I have a year warranty. New England Plumbing saved us a lot of money by encouraging us to fix our water heater instead of buying a new one (which we thought we had to do). I'd imagine it's more work on their end to offer a one year warranty on a machine that's already 6 years old than to just tell me to a buy new one. I have saved their number in my phone as this is the company I will use moving forward for all my plumbing needs!

I've been dealing with Patrick for two years now, and have watch him at work across from me 3 years before using for the first time. My neighbor raves about his work on re- doing the pipes in his house, and now I'll rave about him after my three encounters. Precise, passionate about perfection, goes the extra mile to save unnecessary-expenses, explains before working, and asks for any comments or questions before leaving. Stay away. Just another Miami rip-off company. Their pricing makes no business sense. Sebastian quoted $2,500.00 to fix the leaky kitchen pipe in outside wall. He even admits it is too much but that's company policy he says because this is Miami Beach?!!! Very unprofessional attitude with pricing. I had that job done by another plumber in 1 hour for $150.00. I shouldn't have trusted those other positive feedbacks.
