Stay away. Just another Miami rip-off company. Their pricing makes no business sense. Sebastian quoted $2,500.00 to fix the leaky kitchen pipe in outside wall. He even admits it is too much but that's company policy he says because this is Miami Beach?!!! Very unprofessional attitude with pricing. I had that job done by another plumber in 1 hour for $150.00. I shouldn't have trusted those other positive feedbacks.

On July 7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR $387.00 TOTAL - $417.78. When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote a price of $258.00. They took advance because of - two things I am a senior citizen and a woman. If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

I called New England plumbing after I read the reviews , I had a clogged kitchen sink for a while, Sebastian came after a short time (Friday afternoon), and unclogged the sink, he was very persistent to solve the problem. He succeeded and we are very happy with this smart, professional young man service. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I discovered New England Plumbing a while back when I was trying to find a licensed plumber in Miami that actually answered calls and was able to keep to a specific schedule. I find them efficient and easy to work with so I have continued to use them. They can make it to a property usually within 24 hours, and if its an emergency they can charge you a fee and be there almost immediately. One thing I particularly like about them is that they email the invoices and even include photos of the work that was done! They are very easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services! If you live in a condo, they are licensed and insured so they are able to service condos as well!

I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.
