Scott and his crew were great! My main sewer line was backing up and another plumber quoted me 25k+ to dig it up for repair. Scott took a video and confirmed that we'd be a good candidate for lining. He showed up on time for the repair, was done in a few hours, and enthusiastically answered all of my questions. The issue has remain fixed for months at a fraction of the cost! Would highly recommend.

scott and his crew were great....had the main sewer back up due to roots at my rental property and the the roto rooter guy suggested if i plan to keep the property long term lining would be the way to go...he suggested new england pipe restoration...i had heard of them and knew they were a well established company...long story short they had the entire 50 feet lined in around 3 hours...the guys that came were great..on time and very knowledgable and any questions i had scott got back to me quickly....other places might charge a little less but they give a better warranty on the work so in my view its worth it..

The owner, Scott was able to listen to my story, and help me with a inaccurate diagnostic findings that was previously given to me from another company.


The owner Scott sent out one of his workers ,named (Reberto) he was EXCELLENT!
He got to work on the problem right away. He used a snake camera inside the pipe line that allow me to see the problem. The pictures were clear, and he explained the real findings, and I saw it for myself.
A accurate assessment was completed!

THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USED!, AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF!!

Scott the owner was insanely prompt returning emails, calls and texts to schedule this job and explain everything. He's very busy but somehow managed to be accessible!

I had 52 ft of main sewer drain that needed to be lined. The bottom of my orangeberg/bermico pipe had rotted out. Their pricing was higher than average but did it in half the time everyone else said they could do it and I wanted to make sure it was done in one day.

Liner came with a 10 year warranty (better than others).

The three people that came to do the job were extremely professional and explained as they went and how they were going to do it.

Thanks guys very satisfied! They lined the pipe in 4.5 hours. I am so thankful the pipe didn't need to be dug up.

What can I say they were great. even though thing didn't work out as planned they worked through the problem and came up with a great solution that work for me and for them. They were pleasant and easy to talk to and explained everything. I would recommend them any time!.
