Great Service! Noticed a clogged drain in the slop sink in our basement at about 4:30PM, by 5:30 Eddy was at our house to fix the problem. Turns out the main sewer drain was clogged. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and treated our house with respect, even bringing in towels to keep the carpet clean. The drain was cleared within an hour and we were back up and running.

Pricing was very clear up front as well... I would recommend to anyone with a clogged drain line.

My Spanish tenant (who swears toilets have wider drains in Europe) had stopped up TWO of the toilets in our condo. The second floor bathroom was flooded and ""water"" was dripping through the ceiling. Or at least that was the broken English story at 8am. I called New England Drain company, replayed my sketchy plugged up toilet story as a bit of an emergency, and they had a technician at the condo within two hours. I was able to unplug one with a plunger and a bit of dry heaving (there is not enough Purell in the world to do this job), but the first floor must have had a boot in it or something. In any case, they fixed everything in minutes, charged me a very reasonable fee, and guaranteed easy flushing for a week. I love them.
