What a rip-off and bad customer service!
I've been looking for an HVAC company to service our units on a regular basis, and a plumber friend mentioned NECT. I am sorry I called.
This company charged us for no work done. Their technician came over on the weekend, took a look at our HVAC unit and said he would come back on Monday. They did service it on Monday, however, charged us the additional weekend rate (1.5 times regular rate) of over 2 hours.
When I spoke to the owner of the company on the phone, he was rude and condescending, saying to me ""I don't know you from Adam, why should I be nice to you?""
It's too bad - I have been in business for over 10 years, have multiple locations all with HVAC units in need of service, and know 100s of business owners. The NECT could have used me as a happy customer and a referral source.
Will not be recommending them to anyone.
