We have had two very good experiences with New Design Plumbing. Last week they came within an hour or so and replaced four copper-connected angle stops--$96 + parts. A year and a half ago they replaced a leaking pipe in our bathroom--$120. Experienced, skilled, honest, reasonable.

After being over-quoted a labor price from another plumber, I found New Design through Ferguson Plumbing parts. Mario and Gilbert came and gave me a quote that was 1/3 what the other person wanted and finished the job efficiently and properly. I am very happy with my new faucet installations and would recommend New Design to anyone. Mario has excellent communication skills and really knows his stuff. He's also honest about the best places to get supplies so you can get quality items for the best price.

I've always used these guys since Jim from Jim's Pasadena Plumbing move up north. Juan and Mario worked for Jim. Had a bad experience when Mario came to my home to fix a few very minor problems - fix leaking faucet, install a new faucet, repair shower hot water valve. Mario arrived with has helper. They had to go get a part at noon. They came back an hour and a half later and installed the part. All was good until I received the invoice. The invoice stated that I was charged for the full hour and a half they were gone (getting the part and having lunch!). I was also charged the normal $94 an hour, but also charged $60 an hour for the helper. I've never had to pay for the helper in the past! This was big time price gauging! Putting my trust in these guys in question. Beware of price gauging!

I am also a previous customer of Jim's Pasadena Plumbing. Mario has been my guy for plumbing needs for as long as I can remember. They continue to provide quick service. Love not having to waiting days for the the plumber to show up. They kind courteous and do a clean job.

Our sink drain was clogged on a friday evening. And after trying to resolve the issue, my boyfriend and I decided to call New Design Plumbing. (We noticed that they received good reviews). We called around 4:30pm on friday, thinking we would have to wait a day or two and pay a premium for weekend work. But they were able to accommodate us and send someone within the hour. They were all sooooo nice. In about 30 to 40 mins, they were able to unclog the drain and charged us less than $100. We would definitely use them again.
