Called them to unclog a drain. Paid $100 for initial visit(fair). A week later, drain was clogged again, I called them and requested a follow up visit because the problem wasn't solved. They came back and performed exactly the same service which took exactly the same amount of time. I expected pay nothing as it should have been resolved on the initial visit, but I could understand paying maybe half price. But they still didn't determine the underlying problem or resolve it. I was shocked when they billed me for $125. $25 more than the initial visit (especially when they performed the exact same procedure.) I called the office thinking it must have been a mistake. The owner attempted to defend the price. Told me that I must have damaged pipes( something that was never discussed prior). Then told a bold faced lie that he personally was at my house on the job. I Was with the. Plumbers the entire time he was not here. Bottom line, the owner is dos honest, apparently makes up prices on a whim, and doesn't stand behind their work.

Second time to use New Covenant plumbing. As always, they were super friendly over the phone, scheduled a fast appointment, kept us informed as to time they would be here, and went above and beyond what we expected to make sure the leak was fixed and to our expectations. The two young men that came out were well experienced and did an excellent job in very little time. Super happy with their work and price.

Had an emergency situation happen late Friday and they came out on a Sat. Morning in January. Awesome, hardworking guy who was very courteous. Made sure all leaks were fixed before he left. Very reasonable charge, especially considering it was a Sat. and cold!, On a 3 day weekend. Will definitely recommend them and use them again!

This is 3rd time we have used this company. Most important, they showed up wearing masks. Excellent job. Reasonable quote. Answered all our questions, cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them !!!

Renovating a Queen Anne Victoria, and our contractor had New Covenant come work multiple bathroom supply runs. Even though they had a clear view of all existing lines (drywall cuts and open walls/floors), they failed to inspect existing lines before opening valves and main supply to create a destructive leak that came from the second floor through the ceiling of our entryway and destroyed 50 s/f of ceiling and soaked antique parquet flooring, insulation and attic space. How did they handle this? Shop vacs and fans to dry? No! They wandered through our house looking for towels and buckets to soak up the water, capped the damages line, and left us with a mess and additional unfinished work that they had agreed to complete.
They are proud to proclaim "Jesus is Lord" on their trucks, but they obviously forget the "Do unto others" Golden Rule.
