Pedro was fast, efficient and very friendly when he installed our dishwasher tonight. Showed up with a mask and was able to easily problem solve an unexpected issue that came up. We are so grateful for his help and will definitely call him out for a faucet issue he was gracious enough to look at for us before he left. Adding haul away was very affordable Wonderfully easy to work with.

What a nightmare!

We had hired Pedro for several projects and they were always done well, with no complaints. So, we didn't hesitate to contact him when we needed a new sewer line. From the moment he was paid (the full $11,188), we felt uneasy. He did show us what he was planning on doing, but the first few times he came back he always had a new idea, but we weren't to worry because he wasn't going to charge us anything more. He made it clear every time he did show up, he was waiting on his money. There was a problem with the third party app he uses for charges and they put a hold on our funds. He accused us of having something to do with what had happened.
Thank goodness we put the full amount on our charge card, because he walked off the job. When I tried to contact him he made several outrageous claims - that we had fired him, kicked him off our property, and we had attack dogs (we don't).
Not only were we out the money we paid him, but we had to hire a new plumber to put the line in. The plumber we hired was dumbfounded when he saw the work Pedro had done and how much he charged us for the new sewer line. Unfortunately, we had to pay to have his work repaired, as it wasn't needed, as well as pay again to have the sewer line installed. We actually had several plumbers come out to give us estimates and they all were shocked at the work that had been done, and the amount we had been charged. We were very lucky the company that ultimately did the job was honest, and we paid less than $5,000, for everything.

Pedro is a top notch plumber. He is honest and stands behind his work. I am glad to have him for my projects.

Horrible... horrible.. horrible. Comes over takes apart shower faucet.. then says i can melt down metal to remove difficult faucet.. doesn't work... leaves for an hour.. comes back with larger tool. Says.. you need a new shower assembly. I ask: what does that mean? turns back go puts shower back together. I again ask: what is needed? can you fix it? what is involved? says I'm not fixing it.. grabs his card from my counter and runs out the door. I can only imagine what kind of damage Pedro did to my plumbing to cause that behavior. Honestly.. my jaw is still on the floor. Have never ever experienced this kind of behavior from a professional in my life!!
