Extremely shady business practice and pricing. Manager refused to work with me after we grossly overpaid (4x according to other quotes I received after the fact) for the work done. It was on me for agreeing to the work and assuming they were charging a fair price, but that was not the case. Would NOT recommend unless you want to way overpay. "The New Flat Rate" system they use is set up to make customers overpay. Tech did a poor job explaining the different options, and manager on the phone could not even explain the reason for the price differences in detail when I called. Extremely upset over this situation and the way it was handled by the manager. Attached is the quote they provided to install a PRV at our house.

Cori came out on time to fix a couple old toilets. After muling over price to fix old push button ones, which I hated, I replaced with new lever ones. Good price, was able to replace in same day and left every thing clean!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain. We had our foundation leveled which shattered a sewer pipe. They came out quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and completed the work in just a few days - it was actually repaired before any other company could even get out to give us an estimate. Cori was great. Very communicative and honest about what needed to happen to get the break fixed. He even stuck around late to finish up the tests we needed to show we passed the post test. I will definitely be calling them in the future if we have anything else happen.

On Christmas Eve, I had an outside pipe that cracked. They were notified by my condo HOA and were out in less than two hours. The actual repair took twenty minutes. They were great! Thanks so much to Jacob Northam and his assistant, Jacob!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer the phone, listen to the situation and provide quick/accurate advice. They even called back later to make sure our problem had been resolved. Top notch service!!! Thank you to Anthony and team!!!

Fast flow is great. From the owner on down. I need my water heaters flushed and a fairly complex non-salt based water softener installed. On top of that I my home has fairly unique plumbing. So they had to hand built and fit everything. Their work is excellent and very quick to respond.

I simply needed my outdated shower and tub fixtures replaced. The plumber pulled some random parts off of his truck and Frankenstiened it becuz the valve needed to be replaced and I guess he didn't want to do that. The handle he put on the existing "worked" but did not fit (see pic). The handle was wobbley and stuck out 3-4"
From the plate. He charged me over $650 for this. When asked to come fix it they wanted to charge me an additional $1500. This was a young company I wanted to give an opportunity for business. I called my usual established company and they came out and made it right for $220.

So two stars because they did show up although a bit late and got me on the schedule quickly. ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO GIVE YOU A PRICE FOR SOMETHING AS EASY AS A KITCHEN SINK CLOG WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. Let me say that again for the people in the back COMPANIES THAT WILL CHARGE YOU $89 JUST TO COME SAY IT WILL BE $250 for a simple kitchen clog is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Let that be a HUGE red flag. These folks were recommended from someone at work, and I was disappointed. I'll stick with Connolly, they came out about 30 mins after these guys left and unclogged it for $169. They were also upfront about pricing before WASTING my time and did an amazing job in about 5 mins.
Let me clarify, they said they needed to look at the job before pricing. By looking at the job they walked to my septic lid ( not sure why, it's the kitchen sink) walked back to me and told me $250 for a simple clogged drain. I cannot imagine having a real problem. Yikes! Please avoid unless you love overpaying plumbers!

Can't speak to their plumbing work, but can speak to their ethics. I recently moved into a new home. My issue was that no hot water was producing. After scheduling they called me the morning of to get more details before sending out tech. In the conversation it was determined the issue may have had to do with propane tank. Decided to hold off and have the r propane people out first. I really appreciated them looking out for me prior to spending the money for a service call. Ended up being a propane issue and money saved!

I used fast flow plumbing for a emergency back up, they were the first plumbing company that was able to get to me. The original quoted price range ended up being double. I have asked for a break down of their pricing and they informed me they can not give a break down as they are a flat fee company. Still no one has been able to inform me what exactly their flat fees are, they are almost triple what other companies would cost for the work that was done. All in all I paid over $600 an hour for a job that took 9 hours. I highly suggest looking else where if you are in a emergency situation and do not have time to get multiple quotes.
