I called to ask for a quote for a PR Valve. I had received others over the phone so I had no idea someone would need to come by. I got a call a few days later saying one of their guys lived super close and could stop by on his way home that afternoon, so I said okay. The gentleman that stopped was very nice and actually lives just a few doors down from me. I showed him the meter area and he was knowledgeable of the neighborhood issues, since he lives here. He was here about 5 minutes. As he got ready to leave, he informed me that there was a $129.00 service call for him coming by. I was absolutely floored. Nothing was mentioned in either phone call about a service charge. I would have told them not to bother coming, had I known. I guess that's why they didn't bother mentioning it. I am not happy, not one bit.

This company has really set the bar for quality and service! Anthony came out today to relocate a gas connection for a stove and check out a water heater. He was able to get the work completed quickly and efficiently and provided instructions on how to fix our water heater issue. I highly recommend these folks and will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs!

They were fabulous and fast! They came to our aid in response to the 2021 winter storm that left our home without water. We got into the queues for a plumber late because we had breaks in lines associated with our water well so the breakage wasn't found until those were fixed.
Fast Flow called us back within minutes of leaving a message about our situation and was the first company to get to us. A team of 5 arrived to restore our water. They were patient (insurance questions), courteous and fast. They had water flowing into our house within 2 hours having replaced 76 feet of pipe!
We couldn't be more appreciative and will be using them for any plumbing needs in our future.

I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber. Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family. Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand. I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! Unfortunately, I'm going to have to knock down my rating to a 1 star. Although the employees who serviced me were great, after contacting the owner afterward (or one of the owners) to get more information... he said he would call me back the following Monday and never did.

I then tried to contact him a week later, and three days from that, and was given the silent treatment. Even if he didn't want to help me out or couldn't, he should say so and why and not just ignore my requests. Bad customer service at the management level, I no longer recommend them.

These guys are great! They fixed our food disposal and did a thorough job, explaining along the way what needed to be done and how to prevent future issues. So when my parents' water line was leaking underground in the front yard, we knew who to call. Matthew and Triston assessed the issue quickly and told us up front how much it would cost. They did not make a big deal about it or tried to inflate the price. Instead, they said we can get this done in 45 minutes. They got to work right away and completed all work in less time than projected. They even gave my parents a senior discount. Very professional and great communications skills. They also wore masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We appreciated that. We highly recommend them.

I want to thank Jacob, who saved me $$ and time, and also did wonderful things for my self confidence as a craftsman.
So, I am an aspiring handyman whose ambition at times outruns my ability.
I wanted to install a recirculating pump to save water, as it used to take a long time to get hot water at our master bathroom shower and sinks. I carefully followed all directions in the water heater owner's manual and the pump, and was able to eventually install the pump so it looks like in the pictures (albeit after many grunts, groans, lots of sweating, and mild cursing). It seems the older I get the less able I am to work under my sink!
Next, I went back to the water heater to turn it on. I again followed all the instructions on the owner's manual, but the pilot light wouldn't light. I tried it several times, and had give up hope of getting it lit without replacing parts. I even looked at videos on how to replace the igniter. Not too terribly difficult, but I've been there before. I'm superb at taking things apart, but not so good at putting them back together.
I finally decided I needed professional help, and looked on Yelp. Immediately, I got a response from Jacob, who talked me thru the procedure, verifying I had done everything right. It was tough, as we had a bad connection, and he was in the middle of a job. He offered to call me right back; while waiting, I went back to my heater, but kept the lights off so I could see the inside the igniter window. This time, I was able to see the spark, and even got the pilot to light briefly, though it shut off again. Right about then, Jacob got back to me, and helped me troubleshoot.
We went through the steps together, and this time the pilot stayed lit, and when I turned the thermostat on the heater, we got the big flame and whoosh, and not it's working just fine.
Thank you Jacob. You helped me repair my water heater from miles away, avoiding a trouble call from you (and $$), and avoided me trying to replace a part that was working just fine. In today's world, where so often people are less than honest, it's refreshing to find someone like you. Thank you.
