I would give 6 stars if the option was available. George from New Beginnings was great to work with. I had an unusual project which was removing a closet that had a raised floor and a large overhang from my mid century home. As he was working on the project, I was so impressed with his work ethic. He was not only was a hard worker, but a really nice guy too. George is detail oriented and did little extras that many others would overlook. This project consisted of demolition, rebuilding, removing popcorn ceiling, putting up new door moldings, adding accent wood planks to a wall and painting. He always kept his areas clean as he worked. Everything exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to hiring George for future projects.

A person who treats your home or office just like his, is a person you can rely on. George is that kind of person! A true professional! No job is too small or too big for him to tackle. Fortunately, he was able to remove and replace our air conditioner during the heatwave. Another good thing is that he thoroughly cleans up after the job is done. And price is very reasonable. First and foremost. Great work done by George.

I messaged several home improvement companies via yelp and George responded the quickest and was the most accommodating in terms of exchanging photos of the work that had be done and providing some early estimates. One of the bathroom floors in my tenant's house needed to be redone. Turned out was and seeped beneath the linoleum and rotted out the wood.

We both stopped by my tenant's house and took a look at the what needed to be worked on. He gave me a more concrete estimate. We took a quick trip to home depot to buy materials then he immediately got started. The project was done by midday the following day.

The final cost increased a bit because George came across additional issues. Which again, he sent photos and reviewed with me before diving into.

I can't stress enough I was EXTREMELY happy with both the final cost and work. He'll be my go to handyman moving forward.

I started using George at New Beginnings in 2016 when I needed a simple project fixed as soon as possible. I found George through a third party service and I liked him so much I just started calling him directly after that. I've used New Beginnings several times since for a variety of work, and the finished product is always excellent. George is prompt, punctual, knowledgable, and very polite. He manages to nullify all the stress that can come with big home improvement projects. I will think of him first for all handyman projects in the future. A+

My wife and I wanted to redo our old kitchen counter tops and cabinets but we had a set, limited budget. After numerous meetings with greedy contractors that significantly marked up the cost of materials and overhead we had to pass. One contractor agreed to do the job for the budget we had but then stopped after partially demolishing our existing kitchen and insisted we'd have to wait 2 months for him to continue as he had taken on a more ""lucrative "" job . This was unacceptable.

That was when the miracle happened and we discovered New Beginnings right here on yelp. After contacting them ,George came out quickly and did an assessment of what we wanted to accomplish with our kitchen remodel within the limitations of our budget. There were things we wanted like , increased overall height, a dishwashing machine alcove, and..... possibly granite tops?

Well George and the New Beginnings crew far exceeded our modest expectations. We got increased height, we got the dishwashing alcove, and we go new deep stainless steel sinks, and we got a brand new garbage disposal,and we got....well quartz countertops which are better than granite. We also got a lazy Susan built into our cabinets which we love , we got self closing drawers on our cabinets and we got it all within our given limited budget. And the work was done professionally and fast within just a couple of days.

New beginnings worked nothing less than a minor miracle on our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. George is sincere, trustworthy, hardworking, and a man of integrity (you don't often associate these words with a contractor)that has mastered the plumbing trade, electrical trade and contracting trade. I watched him remove old tile with surgical precision to create exactly what we wanted.

In conclusion, in all my years as a homeowner, I have never met a contractor as good as George and the New Beginnings Team. I intend to use him on all my future house repairs and r

Can't say enough about George. Had him out to do a variety of projects including building a fence as well as various house projects such as putting up some blinds, cabinets and more. Would for sure use him again
