So, this should be a 5 star review. They came out and replaced our hot water heater. Very efficient. HOWEVER, the problem was not only with the hot water heater. The problem was there was a hot water leak (constantly running). The guy left without fixing it! HELLO???? Why they heck would you NOT fix the continuous running water issue????

Then we tried getting them back and now they are avoiding our call. Seriously this was silly. If they aren't going to finish the job then why even start?

They came to unplug my kitchen sink and that experience was all good. I then called them to change my bathroom sink faucet and they did a good job but they took my old faucet and I wanted to return it as it was pretty new. I called the plumber that came and the business and no one ever returned my calls. They did a good job but they stole my faucet so...

Customer service via phone is not good. They tell you they will be there on a certain day, and fail to call and provide any updates as to running late, not able to make it or whatever. 2 days in a row they said they would show but no one came or much less call. Terrible customer service. Will not recommend!

Can't beat these guys for professionalism, value and quality of service. They had to come fix a problem that a previous plumber had made. Charged me half of what the other plumber charged me for a crummy job. Highly recommend this company!

I would have given this company more stars because they did have good price and did replace my sewer lines in record time. We had asked them to be careful removing our brick wall as we have not been able to find matching brick to replace. They ignored us and destroyed our wall with a jack hammer not following any of the cement lines. They did not clean up or plug the holes they drilled into our kitchen. They also placed the clean out for the new sewer line right where we would mend the brick which looks awful and makes an already difficult patch job that much worse. For a can of spray foam insulation to plug all the holes to the exterior temporarily and a quick vacuum under the sink I would have give twice as many stars.

Needed a small water heater reinstalled under my sink. They were there the next morning and took the initiative to redesign the installation to make it more accessible. Great work! Nice to deal with professional craftsman.....

Had the relief valve go out on my water heater so I called New Age and they were able to come out same day. Installed new valve and completed the job in less than an hour. Sam and Mike very professional and knowledgeable. The only thing that bugs is when you call the "Office" number they answer it like a personal phone. If I am calling a business I want to hear the business name when they answer. Just a bit quirky...
