My hot water heater failed on a Sunday while I was in California. Tim & co showed up first thing Monday morning to fix it quickly without any payment yet. Very nice guy and orchestrated everything while I was out of town. I will use them again.

My HVAC system went down 4th of July weekend, we had a leak and ended up needing coolant and a new electrical board for the unit. Tim was amazing to work with, he kept me informed of everything going on with ordering replacement parts and showed up exactly as promised. Once everything was fixed we had issues with our Nest thermostat and Tim had to come back, he spoke to their support line with me as he drove over and resolved the issue upon arrival quickly. He has gone above and beyond with checking in with me to make sure everything is working correctly.

We applaud Timmy and the New Age Plumbing professionals for being the best in the business! The first time I met Timmy was 4 years ago when I lost heat in my condo and Timmy had to get onto my roof to repair the HVAC system. In the snow! And I later found out he does not really like heights.
My husband and I moved back to Roslindale and bought a house . We had an old oil tank, old boiler, and 1 heating zone for the whole house. Timmy and his crew have totally updated our whole heating system and we are thrilled. The team at New Age Plumbing are helpful, smart, professional and really good people.
And on top of this, our dishwasher stopped working Christmas weekend and Timmy came on Christmas Eve to help us. He figured out the problem and fixed the dishwasher for us.
We cannot exaggerate how lucky we feel to have found Timmy and his crew.

They sent a repairman over shortly after I called and were one of the few to even answer the phone after 5pm. They spent a great deal of time diagnosing some minor issues, had to make three trips out in the same week and successfully resolved the issue. The most stunning part was the affordable price! I was expecting a staggering bill for the emergency call and amount of time spent, but was happy to get a super reasonable bill, even cheap bill considering the time. Thanks again!!

Used New Age when my heat stopped working. They returned my call promptly and came to see me that same day. He determined my chimney was blocked and was able to unblock and reset the heating system. He advised me to call chimney professional in to find what had blocked chimney. He explained his work to me clearly and was patient with my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Timmy came out to our condo after our AC wouldn't start up for the summer season. He was very polite and methodical and worked over several days to identify the leak in our AC pipe which ended up being behind a wall in our unit. He checked in with us after the leak was repaired to ensure that everything was running as it should- and he encouraged us to call him if we needed anything. After having attempted to contact & schedule several HVAC contacts with little success, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone come out and fix our issues in a timely manner.

Very very disappointed. We called New Age Heating on 2/27/15 to repair our gas furnace. Furnace was turning on and then after a minute turned off. A techinician from New Age came out and replaced a part, said it was all set and charged me $250. A few days later the same exact problem happened. When I called back the owner TIM to report my heating situation, I was told they wouldnt be able to come out. 2 days later, the owner is now avoiding all of my texts, phone calls and emails. When I text him from another cell phone #, he answered back but then continued to ignore me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. New Age doesnt even have the common courtesy to reply or call me back. 50 degrees in my condo right now. I want my money back.

I highly recommend Timmy Lewis from New Age Plumbing. Our AC blew the week I was due with our first child in the height of the summer. Timmy answered the phone himself, came right away for an estimate, was kind and empathetic, trustworthy and reliable. He and his crew not only got it fixed quickly (for thousands below what several competitors quoted us), but he and his guys also checked on me the whole time to make sure I was doing ok in the heat. Great guy, quick work, very fair pricing. He is honest and upfront and you can trust that he will do the job right. Additionally, he has called to check on us several times to make sure the unit is working right and we were satisfied. I have since recommended him to several people, and he has consistently given honest assessments (ie - I think you can get another 2 years out of your unit) at fair prices. Timmy's a local guy, a family guy, and a veteran. You can't lose by giving him your business!
