Larry was great. He has been out to our house a few times. The first time was a bit of an emergency since we had a pipe leaking in our kitchen. He made time to come out that day and had the leak fixed quickly. He is very nice, honest, a great plumber who knows what he is doing, and very fair with his pricing. I highly recommend him--we won't be using any other plumber.

Had Larry come in March this year. Installed a new pilot light assembly on our water heater. Worked professionally and took care of a couple of other things. Said to ""call me if you have any more problems."" Called on 5/17 (twice), 5/18 (once), 5/19 (once), and emailed on 5/19. Received a response he had been out of the office for a couple of days and he would come by this morning (5/20). Came about 10:00 A. Said he would not put any more time or money into this and after gathering his things started to leave. I asked me to wait I wanted to talk to me. He turned around and gave me the finger. NOT V ERY PROFESSIONAL I would say. Needless to say I am mad as a hatter!!!

We used Larry back in 2005 under a previous employer. He helped correct the poor work of the previous plumber we hired. He's responsive (rare for contractors) and is reasonable and honest. Responsive is critical for a plumber as water damage is a horrible thing to have to remediate. A good plumber is on my speed dial list, up there with the police department .

My garbage disposal started leaking and needed to be replaced. Because I previously had had a good experience with John and Larry of New Age Plumbing, I called them again. John did the replacement quickly and the price was very fair. I recommend him highly.
