Primo is the BEST. he is kind, fair, and always there to help. last month, two of my showers were dripping constantly even with the water turned off for hours. Primo was able to come the next day, figure out what parts to get and came back to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. today we noticed our toilet was leaking through the ceiling and called Primo to help. he came later in the evening and fixed our toilet's wax seal and also diagnosed a future problem we will run into. can't say thank you enough!

Omg I can't thank Primo and his company enough. I had a major pipe break under my home and it's been leaking my water bill jumped from $52 to $152.00. Also kept hearing water noise. Thought it was my toilet so I replaced the valve on my own and I still heard the noise. So I was pretty sure something bigger just didn't know where. Primo came by gave me estimate. I asked if he can do it today. He said let me check the truck if I got the parts. Sure enough he had the parts. He went into the crawl space under the house. Was able to see the leak and repair it. Now I won't be getting charged and more damage to the house. No one has ever had more plumbers and plumbing work like I have and they all crooks except honest and friendly Primo. I guarantee I will use him always and refer all my family to him as well. Whoever put a one star must be a competitor or just someone having s bad day. If I can give 10 stars I would. Mr. Primitivo Martinez and his co-worker Eduardo are the most honest, punctual, professional and wonderful plumbers we have ever worked with. They set a specific time and arrived exactly on time. Their communication was excellent. They are honest. Finally, someone who only wants to charge an honest fee for work that was done. They are so friendly and decent people. My wife and I first used Primo and his crew a few years ago on the recommendation of our real estate agent. We were purchasing a hillside home on foreclosure that had been built 1n 1947, and one of the areas of concern, for reasons that were immediately apparent, was the plumbing. Primo gave us a sobering and accurate description of the state of our system, and we have elected to use his services ever since. Our long-term plan is to make major structural and design renovations to the home, but that looks to still be a few years in the distance. In the meantime, Primo has consistently recommended prudent actions the few times we've encountered issues, and has never tried to encourage us to do more than our plan indicates. The work and materials used have been quality throughout. I recommend him and his employees wholeheartedly.

All I can say is that Primo exceeded my expectations! I had been interviewing companies for several weeks and actually hired Heinrick Plumbing to do the job. The day that Heinrick they started the job, they said it would cost $1,600.00 more than the quoted price. I cancelled the contract and hired New Age Plumbing. Primo did a complete inspection of our home and knew exactly what we were up against. His crew showed up on time and completed the job in two days. I didn't even know that they were in my house. The patching was very good and they even replaced the bathroom tiles that had to be removed. They were clean, courteous and respectful of my home. I have clear water now with great water pressure. This is a very large expense and knowing that Primo did the job, assures me that it was done the correct way. I highly recommend this company for copper repiping. A+++++++++

Primo is my real estate agent's plumber. And, I love my agent, and all the other recommendations she's given us.

During the escrow process, we paid Primo $250 to come out and inspect our sewer line. We got a one page report and a DVD of the pipes. Because bad sewer lines are a high dollar repair, we especially wanted to make sure the property's sewer lines were sound. The home inspection report noted some corrosion on the sewer line, but no leaks. Primo's plumbing inspection report said ""cast iron pipes are old, but in good condition.""

Fast forward a few weeks. My whole face turned white during the walk through on the first day of construction. The first thing my general contractor's plumber said to me after returning from the crawl space was that the house needed a new sewer line. He had photos of blistering throughout the property's sewer line, some as long as 2 feet long. When he flushed the toilet that morning, rust color water filled the bowl.

$3000 worth of sewer replacement work later, I really have no words. ""Old, but good?"" Rust color water? OH MY!

It's all kind of baffling. My agent is super competent, and I know she wouldn't steer me wrong. Maybe Primo had an off day? Still don't understand how this all happened to my husband and me, but I feel like I have a responsibility to share my experience.
