I'm updating my review because 3years later they are still awesome. Personally I've never had any customer service issues - the repair people are always friendly, efficient and do excellent work. We've since had them replace our hot water heater, update valve issues with our gas boiler etc. Jim is an angel and ALWAYS does great work. These customers who leave negative reviews must have been a high maintenance nightmare because we've never had any issues. I've left a mess on a Sunday morning when our heat shut off in middle of the night and the owner will call me back immediately and troubleshoot - he had me send pictures from my cell to help identify when our boiler tank blew and had someone out the NEXT DAY - in FREEZING COLD WINTER to fix it. We love Neves - they are always reasonable priced, give quality serve and charge a fair amount.

Highway robbery and always late. Very rude service- i have never experienced a company this incompetent at what they do.

Only positive thing I can say is they came same day and refunded us travel time. Didn't tell us they charge for travel before they came(which is ridiculous. Plumber could be coming from up the street or an hour away, how is that my financial responsibly?!), padded bill as they sat in car for 15 mins after installation and then rounded up, installed incorrectly causing a crack. We need to then have it re-installed by another company. Owner not helpful at all and took no responsibility for any of this. Incredibly disappointed that companies today don't stand by their work and are looking to dishonestly make money off of their customers.

I recently had them do all the plumbing when I remodeled my in-law apartment and just this week they had to come replace my hot water heater. Their service is always fast and they always promptly returned my phone calls to schedule them.
