I've reviewed this company twice in the last 2 years for equipment installation, both times giving them 5*. I noticed that they have now 163 reviews,ALL of them apparently 5*. This turns out not to be completely accurate -- they only have 160 5* reviews, 2 four stat and one 3 star. I suppose some people are hard to please -- one fellow took off a star because Tim had greasy hands, presumably after rushing from his last job to keep him appointment.

This is quite remarkable. I find it extraordinary that NRS can satisfy Las Vegas notoriously bad-tempered population so well! There should have been a few people in there giving one star, bent out of shape because they had mis-dialed Mario's got NRS instead, and were now furious that technicians had not thought to bring them that pizza that they were expecting.

I understand that the owners are Armenian immigrants, although I could be wrong. Gentlemen (and ladies too), you are most welcome here, and a fine example of the benefits that controlled immigration gives us, as well as being a great ad for your country of origin!. I'd be interested if you were comfortable sharing some of the story of how you ended up in Las Vegas.

Continuing that 5* recommendation...

Uh, and credit too to YELP, for designing algorithms which allow businesses to get ratings consistent with their worth, and methods where us finicky consumers can find the best!

I'm so pleased with a quick response on Saturday afternoon. I had to make so many phone calls, none of the other companies was able to get to my house to discover the problem. The owner was so nice and made sure one of the company's excellent technicians get to my house within 2 hours.

I have had a good experience with the service provided to me by this ac company. Our house's AC stopped working during the day and we called them to schedule an appointment. The process was quick and they arrived only an hour later after we called.

Scott is the technician who helped us fix the AC and didn't charged us anything since it didn't require any parts. Scott left his number behind and told me to call him if I ran into a problem again.

The technician is very honest and nice. They make sure their customers are happy. I would recommend this company's service to others.

I have never worked with a service provider like this. Scott and another guy came out to my house late at night (at my request because I had dinner plans and didn't want to cancel), and they came to check my AC that had stopped working. It turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat ? but Scott was so nice about it and went ahead and checked a few things anyway, told me some tips to keep my unit running as long as I can before it dies (it's 21 years old!) and he didn't charge me for the visit, even though it was a late call. I really appreciated his genuine desire to help me out and not take advantage of me and make up some ""broken"" things he needed to charge me to fix. Very cool. Highly recommend this business.

I've lived in Las Vegas for forty years and this company is the best that I've ever dealt with!
Customer service was honest and friendly and their price for a new condenser and coil was very fair.
Other companies tried to rip me off and use pressure tactics.

Nevada Residential services got me the unit that I wanted and took care of everything!
They went above and beyond and even re painted the drywall piece for attic access and installed a new air register in my office to redirect airflow at no charge.

You will not find a better company to do business with in Las Vegas for your AC and heating.

They did a fantastic job!

Same day service, fixed the problem in 30 minutes and charge way less then the guy how came before him for an estimate.

These guys are who you should call first if you have an AC or heating issue. They take pride in their work, charge fair pricing, checkin after the jobs complete, and repair what is broken quickly. A real Las Vegas treat for those living in the heat.

Initially, I called a contractor for Choice Homeowner Warranty to come out and repair my cooling unit. After paying the $45 service call, they stated my unit has a leak which they cannot locate until I do a leak test. Needless to say, Choice Warranty immediately denied the claim stating my unit is leaking due to rust and corrosion. They cannot locate the leak, but they were adamant the leak is from corrosion. I went through nightmares with Choice Home Warranty for weeks. We were so stress out with them that we decided to just call another company. Luckily, we found Nevada Residential Services.

Tim took the call and listened to our problem. Immediately that same day, Chris came out to do the repair. Eventhough Chris cannot locate the leak, but he did several tests and trials over a few days to finally repair our unit. They are hardworking, ethical and knowledgeable! Thank you Chris.

Eric came within 3 hours of my call the same day to give me a quick estimate. Fixed the problem sight on seen. I'll have him come service it when needed now. I'd highly recommend this guy! Honest, prompt, and friendly.
