So nobody likes paying $480 for a half hour of repair time BUT I called for help at 6 in the evening and the repairman was at my door unless than 40 minutes. In another 40 minutes my A/C was blowing cold air. Eric, the service tech, was polite and personable. Couldn't ask for faster or better service. HIGHLY recommend.

Timur was the best! When he arrived, he put on booties to respect our flooring, wow! We were impressed. Very professional and did NOT up sell us on any product or services. Would recommend for your go to for professional honest service.

This is only the second time I've needed someone to come out and service my AC home into. But after today's experience, I'll never call anyone but Nevada Residential Service. The level of knowledge and professionalism from the tech was above my expectations. He came in and walked me thought the possible scenarios and immediately identified the issue. He was clear in his communication of the issue and rate for the work I had done was more than fair.

I had a great experience with NRS this morning. My upstairs a/c stopped working overnite. I called them at 7:30am and explained my problem. They had a tech named Scott at my home before 10am. He had diagnosed and repaired the a/c in about a half hour. Price was reasonable and they did not do any upselling or bs like the other hvac companies try. I will be calling them for any hvac problems I have in the future. Thanks

We contracted with Sierra for a new hot water heater after being referred by Costco (who gives a 10% rebate). We were a bit disturbed that after being told we could possibly have next day installation, it was actually scheduled for 8 days later. Then, on the morning of installation, we got a last minute call postponing installation until the next day. Having said that, Reuben, our installer, was great! He was efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the final product. But, we did call Sierra after the fact to discuss the delay. We spoke with RJ, the manager, who was understanding. He investigated and gave us a report an hour later on what went wrong (the wrong unit was shipped from CA; they then overnighted the right unit). He then gave us a 15% discount AND a year's maintenance on the hot water heater, AC and heating systems. We were pleased with his response to our concerns. These things happen and it's nice when a company responds so positively.

My main AC unit stopped working. I called around 11:30pm, Timur was at the house around 12am. He found the capacitors were bad, he swapped them out and the ac unit kicked on like normal. He showed me everything step by step and also gave me some advise to watch for the fan as it maybe going bad since it leaked a little grease. but, everything is up and running. They saved me from a night of miserable sleep.

Also, for the people skeptical about the reviews, Check homeadvisor the reviews are just as good. I was skeptical also but, NRS is legit a great company.

Chose this company based on their price and customer ratings. Encountered a slight problem with the new unit but these guys all went the extra mile to get it taken care of. They were more then anxious to get the unit up and running...which they dId. I have no problem in recommending them to others.

Well, all these great reviews....sorry but I don't buy it. A gentleman came out to our home today and we were not at all impressed. Our air conditioner, which is about 5 years old wasn't blowing really cold air. My husband told the technician. My husband also asked if there could be a leak. The technician immediately told my husband even if there was a leak, we couldn't find it. My husband asked if the technician could charge it with freon. The technician again said ""no"". His suggestion was to replace the whole system: for about $5 grand.
My husband told him no and the tech left.

We asked a different company to come out today. This guy checked to see if there was leak and guess what? There was a slow leak. He found it, sealed it and recharged it. Needless to say, our air is freezing cold now. Yay!

Long story short: this company is awful and I will yell it from the mountaintops!! I DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS!! I wish I could give 0 stars.
