I myself, like many others use Yelp reviews to find the best of the best that Las Vegas has to offer. I especially love doing this because my husband and I want to support hard working individuals instead of big businesses. On July 9th of this year, Tim came out to our house to help us figure out why our a/c stopped working. I have never experienced someone so polite, knowledgeable, and honest.

We were shopping around and stopped once we found this company. Not only was Tim's price more than fair, he was able to come back the very next morning and get the job done. We all know how important having air conditioning is, and more so to us because we have two cats that can overheat quickly.

Tim came at the exact time he promised us and was done installing our new motor and blower fan in under 45 minutes. He left the area spotless and exactly how he found it. He tested the air inside to make sure the temperature was coming down and when he was satisfied everything was done he left with a smile and a promise to come back if we called him for anything. It just so happens that I was getting a funny smell from what I know now was the oils from our new blower fan. When I called him to ask about the smell, he told me what the smell was but also told me he was on his way over.Tim arrived 10 minutes later and double checked everything to make sure I was satisfied. Leaving again with a smile and the promise to come whenever we called.

I never felt taken advantage of, lied to, and I certainly never felt like I was a burden. His phone was ringing off the hook while he was doing our work. He is busy and yet always smiles and gives the best service out there. His vast international experience is a plus and from his home in the Ukraine to Israel to the United States, he only continues to gain more knowledge.

I have already been recommending him to everyone I know and plan on using him for a split a/c system in the near future.
Thank you Tim for being everything a business owner and a good person should be.

Call this company!!! You won't be disappointed called them last night while on hold with my home warranty company for 40 minutes, Tim answers got my address and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes to check my AC unit. He was here 10 minutes and had it up and running, gave me my options on what I could do with the unit if the same issue presented itself again.

My new company for AC issues!!! In my experience Vegas is full of all these companies that want to up sell you figuring you don't know any better and they use the fact that you at in a position of desperation especially when it's triple digits out. Not with Tim straight forward and honest. THANK YOU TIM!!! For your honesty, time and for being a true professional. I will spread the word about your awesome company!!!!

One thing I hate is when people take advantage of the situation you in ,and try to scam and husle you around .
It's Vegas 115 f degrees and than the Ac stop working , trying few different companies that's said right away I need a replacement for my condensing unit .
They don't take the to.fix the problem they only want big money out of you as quickly as they can!!

I found this company thru yelp and saw good reviews , well anyone can pay to do that .
This guy Tim came to my house at the same day.
I was very suspicious at first because of bad experience with others.
Tim is very nice young man and professional he told me in less than 5 min what was my problem n fix it without a huge expense.

My AC went out during the day and when I got home at 9pm, it was 92 degrees in the house. Jumped on Yelp and saw this company was 24 hours. I was ready to pay a huge service fee for such a late call but he said it would give me a free estimate. He showed up within 35 minutes of calling and fixed my AC in literally 3 minutes. I was in shock! He was so amazing & I will definitely be calling him for everything AC related & recommending him to everyone.

My AC unit stopped working properly. I called this afternoon, and they immediately had an appointment for me between 5-7, only to move it up with my permission, which was even better. Tim came in and went straight to work, informing exactly what he was doing. My compactor for the compressor had to be replaced. The whole job was done within 30 minutes and I am now enjoying a working AC unit. On top of that I received a great price. I'll be doing all my maintenance and repairs through this company, and I'll be spreading the word.

Our A/C stopped working just as the summer was starting to get uncomfortably hot. We were uncertain which HVAC service to use and fearful of getting swindled due to our ignorance of what the problem was and how much it should cost. My wife did some yelping and decided to go with NEVADA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES based on the number of positive reviews. I was skeptical and said, you know, they probably write those reviews themselves. My wife said the reviews seemed genuine to her. I said, we'll see.

Well, as usual, my wife was right and I was wrong. The service was excellent. First, they called us 15 minutes prior to the technician arriving and gave us a heads up that he was on his way, which was nice. Second, and most importantly, they fixed the problem. Third, the prices were fair and in line with industry standards (we did some googling of expected costs).

I was extra pleased because the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain beforehand what he was going to do, and then let us know as he proceeded what he had found. At the end, he took some time to explain how our A/C system worked and offered some tips on what we could do to keep our system running efficiently, things that I had never thought of (UV light for A/C coils, for example), so I came away knowing more than when we started. Anyway, I give them 5 star and would definitely choose them again
