This review is coming to you from the lovely Northwest Las Vegas, Aliante area. It's long. Bear with me.

We had a pipe burst in our house and no one wanted to help us fix it. Long story short we called our home warranty, twice. first company sent out said one thing and wouldn't fix it. I ask our warranty for a second opinion. They send out another company. He says my pipes burst for a completely different reason. Again, his work order he put through AHS was denied. We call our insurance, they denied it because they didn't bust due to frozen pipes. Some back info, I caught the leak instantly. I heard the pipe burst which I thought was a good thing. I turned the water off immediately to make sure we don't have any water damage issues. Bc of that, they denied my claim. If I let the water destroy the room the pipe bursted in, they would have helped. What a joke right? Now, here comes in the hero's!!!

I have a big family. 4 kids, two dogs. A husband. To not have water for 6 days because companies want to waste our time was rough! Nevada plumbing authority got us back on track. They initially said the parts would take time to get and could take another week, but they pulled some magic out of a hat for us and got it done right away! I don't think they understand how grateful I am for them. Water is so Important and you don't realize how much of it you use until you don't have it. If these guys ever need anything and I can somehow randomly help, I would gladly do what I could for them. They were honest, quick, super clean with their work and very professional.

Listen, moral of this long review....Don't waste time. Just call NPA and get your stuff taken care of right away. Support small businesses that work hard and long hours for you. We all know that's hard to find these days. Thank you guys again, so much!

I had a water flow issue that was driving us crazy, I found Nevada Plumbing Authority on Yelp (NPA) and I was very impressed with the service. Andrew arrived at my home on time and he was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and made a quick adjustment correcting our water flow issue. Andrew and NPA is a great company I high highly recommend using NPA for your future plumbing needs. I most certainly will be using Andrew and NPA for all my future plumbing issues. Thank you Andrew.

Nevada Plumbing Authority is great. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
The first time I used them Andrew came out on a Sunday to fix a leak in my attic in my water purification system. Was very professional. Wasted no time. Fixed it quickly and then did not charge me an arm and a leg, even though it was on a Sunday. I was amazed.

I had to call them again today. Another leak in the attic. This time a leak in a PVC pipe joint coming from an air conditioner above my wine room. Called them at 9:15 am. Andrew and partner were here at 12:00 pm. Back into the attic, saw it was a condensate line from the air conditioner for the wine room. Told me they did not have the right tools to fix that. Suggested I contact an air conditioner repair to get it done. They said if they tried it, it could make matters worse. I asked for a recommendation and was told the air conditioner guy they usually used did not do a good job on condensate lines so they hesitated to make the recommendation.

No charge for the call.

These guys are professional. They are reasonable and they do not try to hold themselves out to be experts in everything. I have had service people in the past that thought they could solve all problems and then they ended up making the problem worse. I appreciate, and respect, someone recognizing what they can and cannot do. That, to me, is a real sign of being a professional.

I highly recommend Nevada Plumbing Authority.

Bathroom remodel and toliet repair and water heater replacement. Ive jused them 3 times. Jason and Andrew were great to work with. They were effecient and came on time annd when they said they would. They made effective suggestions when we were unsure which direction to take. They cleaned up daily . I have recommended them to severral of my friends.

Over the years, I've worked with several plumbing companies in Vegas who typically were average; techs were not professional, and clean up post work needed always. Referred to NPA you would never know techs were here replacing multiple toilets and sinks - clean work! Jason and Andrew are dressed professional, respectful, and explained along the way. I have finally found a great plumbing company to work with - thank you Nevada Plumbing Authority!!!

Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill. He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand. I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385. Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job. We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior. If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew. To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job. I was referred to them from Southwest Gas and was I ever glad I called to get the referral. Mike L.

Jason and his team helped us to install our water filtration system and softener. The difference in our water quality was immediate. He is reliable, honest, efficient and fair. Simply the best!

I was quoted almost $1000 for a repair by another company. I called Nevada pluming authority for another estimate. They came out took a look and showed me that the shut off valve was not broken as I was told, there was no need for repair. They saved me a ton of money. I appreciate their honesty and experience. I will never call any one else.

Just wanted to say thank you to NPA for fixing the plumbing issue we encountered when installing a dishwasher we recently brought. Jason did a great job, was professional and down to earth. We are so grateful he took care of the problem and got our dishwasher up and running. I will use this company again, and will recommend them to our family and friends.
