I saw a post from Jason about his business on Nextdoor and I'm so glad I did! So, I am getting ready to move and needed my sometimes leaky kitchen faucet replaced. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate and came back within a few days and got the job done. Not only was he on time and fast, he was just a super nice guy. Fast forward to two days ago. I had trouble with my bathroom sink. Because, of course, right?!?! I heard back from Andrew and he came out to fix my issue. Again, super fast even though I'd originally scheduled the company out for a week from now. I just figured with the holidays they would be swamped. They managed to fit me in early and I'm so very grateful. Without a doubt these guys will be my go-to plumbers for any issues I might have in my new home. Thanks Andrew!

I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve. The job was completed at the price and time frame promised. Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve. The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect. When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged. He refunded the money. He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.

I called NPA out to double-check my gas line for the dryer because I smelled a hint of natural gas. Jason was here within an hour. It may have been just as easy to tighten up the gas line myself, but I'm no professional. I didn't want to take that gamble as there could have been other underlying issues. I highly recommend NPA!
