Bathroom remodel and toliet repair and water heater replacement. Ive jused them 3 times. Jason and Andrew were great to work with. They were effecient and came on time annd when they said they would. They made effective suggestions when we were unsure which direction to take. They cleaned up daily . I have recommended them to severral of my friends.

Over the years, I've worked with several plumbing companies in Vegas who typically were average; techs were not professional, and clean up post work needed always. Referred to NPA you would never know techs were here replacing multiple toilets and sinks - clean work! Jason and Andrew are dressed professional, respectful, and explained along the way. Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill. He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand. I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385. Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job. We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior. If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew. To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job. I was referred to them from Southwest Gas and was I ever glad I called to get the referral. Mike L.

I was quoted almost $1000 for a repair by another company. I called Nevada pluming authority for another estimate. They came out took a look and showed me that the shut off valve was not broken as I was told, there was no need for repair. They saved me a ton of money. I appreciate their honesty and experience. I will never call any one else.

Just wanted to say thank you to NPA for fixing the plumbing issue we encountered when installing a dishwasher we recently brought. Jason did a great job, was professional and down to earth. After Calling we had Jason and Andrew both come to the rescue within a couple hours. No waiting all day or until the next t day- ALL the fixes were done within that same day each time. They were honest, professional and very well priced!

I saw a post from Jason about his business on Nextdoor and I'm so glad I did! So, I am getting ready to move and needed my sometimes leaky kitchen faucet replaced. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate and came back within a few days and got the job done. Not only was he on time and fast, he was just a super nice guy. Fast forward to two days ago. I had trouble with my bathroom sink. Because, of course, right?!?! I heard back from Andrew and he came out to fix my issue. Again, super fast even though I'd originally scheduled the company out for a week from now. I just figured with the holidays they would be swamped. They managed to fit me in early and I'm so very grateful. Without a doubt these guys will be my go-to plumbers for any issues I might have in my new home. Thanks Andrew!
