This past Monday Matt came out to check on two leaks on our property. The first leak was in the interior of our house. He said that he was not qualified to handle that. We then went out to the pool to examine a leak in one of the valves. He said that he could fix it and we agreed upon a price of $450. He said that he would return the next day to install the new valve. He did not show and he did not phone. Early this morning (Wed.) I left a phone message asking him to call me. When he did, he said that he was not going to honor the contract because my wife had a difference of opinion about the source of the leak. So what - we had a contract and he broke it. Do business with this individual at your own risk. I would have rated this at zero stars; however, a one-star rating was required to post.

Matt came out quickly to help us, even on a weekend. He was thorough and helpful. Explained what he was finding every step of the way. Matt was able to find the leak and identify the fix for it within 30 minutes of being here. Unlike the pool service company we used. The price was more than reasonable and we are thrilled to know we won't get anymore up-charges from the water department now that the leak has been detected and repaired. We 100% recommend Nevada Leak Detection to anyone receiving a letter from the water department saying they have recorded a continuous flow of water. It's the one call you must make! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Thanks Matt for everything!

Matt was affordable, communicative, transparent, and quick to resolve my leak problem!

My rental property is being managed by a property management company. They informed me that LVWD gave me two notices about a leak that needed to be addressed. My property management's plumber wanted to cut 18x18in holes throughout my home for $2,500 to *potentially* find the problem. I then went to another plumber that wanted to repipe my entire home to resolve the issue for $3,600. It was insane! On top of it, the other two took ages to respond and to diagnose the issue.

Matt specializes in leak detection so he was already ahead of the rest. I gave him a call on Friday, he came out on Saturday afternoon, worked around my tenant's schedule, found the issue and resolved it all before 5PM. He was also extremely affordable/reasonably priced! He was also very sweet, professional, and treated my home with a lot of respect and care!

I would definitely recommend Matt for any leak issues in your home!

I reached out several times and never got a response. I would say terrible customer service but this was just ZERO customer service. Don't waste your time trying to contact them.

called them this morning, spoke to a gentleman who said he will be in our area today between 3-5 pm and that he would call me one hour out. I waited for him, no call. Called him four times, never answered the phone, left two messages for him, never called me back. So if you want to waste our time call these guys, otherwise my one star rating for this company is appropriate.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Matt and his team are THE BEST!!! We had a leak to what we assumed was the line to our pool auto fill. We called Nevada Leak Detection because of their awesome reviews. Matt and his team came the next day as they knew I was very worried about it. After using his state of the art equipment, he discovered it wasn't a leak in the line TO the autofill, but the autofill casing itself! They had to remove the cement, while avoiding all the pool plumbing that was encased in said cement, without causing any additional issues and were successful!! They worked all day on it and completed it by late that afternoon - he even added a pressure regulator to the fill line to ensure the water pressure was appropriate.

The following morning my husband noticed the water coming from the auto fill was a bit murky. We called Matt and he hopped out of bed and came straight over. He flushed the line and put in a different autofill valve to ensure that wasn't the issue. WALA!!! FIXED!!! There was a bit of residual debri in the line and flushing it through took care of the issue!

I can't say enough about the incredible knowledge, skill and responsiveness from Nevada Leak Detectors!! And we just loved Matt's sense of humor!

Thank you guys! Screw the vendors AHS sends out... we will be calling you guys for all our future plumbing/leak needs!! I just hope it's a while before we need you guys again!!

Matt's team saved the day for me regarding replacing my main water pipe from street meter into my house. I met up with him on a Friday and he was straight forward honest with me on his schedule and he managed to fit me in the very next day to resolve the issue. Discovered high water bill on Wednesday and called him up Thursday and we met for the survey early Friday morning. Once job was completed, he showed me the details regarding my irrigation valve and main lines and discussed what was replaced.

He even came back a few days later to power wash my driveway to get rid of the bobcat tire tracks on my driveway. Replaced entire main water pipe on one Saturday and cleaned up the following day.

Matt and Kaiyoko worked tirelessly in 110 degree temps replacing our main water line from the curbside meter to the house. Matt's experience is obvious and much to the customer's benefit. His state of the art leak detection equipment nails down the exact location, even if it's underground. Our leak was outdoors, but they thoroughly checked every indoor water connection, as well as our pool and irrigation system as well.

We also discovered a leak in our 14 year old hot water heater, and Matt and Kaiyoko totally handled that replacement and installation as well.

Best yet? Matt and Kaiyoko were great people and nice to know!

Matt and his team was great! I recently got a text message from the Water District notifying me that I have a leak. I called around and Matt was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule to do the detection (same day) and fix the problem the following day.

All I can say is that it's good to deal with someone who's knowledgeable, can correctly detect the leak, be able to fix the problem and price reasonably - that's why I chose him.

He didn't mind that I was watching and asking questions as to what they're doing as it was fascinating, and I appreciated that he kept me apprised with their progress.

After about 6 hours of work, they completed the job (and cleaned the area too). Matt even came back after a couple of hours when I had an issue with my toilet (not sure what happened) but he was able to adjust the water level so no more leak!

Great company, Owner operated. I got burned by another leak detection company that was franchised. Matt came out and saved the day. His leak detection was accurate with state of the art equipment and his repair work was solid and a fair price. He even went to bat for me over the previous plumber's fraudulent repairs. Great guy, solid work A+!
