My fireplace was installed by Nevada Heating in December of 2020 for use with propane fuel. Now my house has been converted to natural gas and I need my fireplace converted. Nevada Heating refuses to help. They say that they only perform conversions at the time of installation! And the service manager won't even call me back to discuss. I am very disappointed in this poor service and lack of communication. They deserve ZERO stars, in my opinion. I can't believe that they are leaving me with no options. Very disappointing.

Technician Joshua thoroughly inspected my furnace and then reviewed with me all his findings and photos. He was very knowledgeable and took the time and answer all of my questions. It's comforting to know that my furnace is working fine and will get us through the upcoming winter season and future winters. NV Heating puts the customer first!

Over the past 15 years or so I've used Nevada Heating for all my residential HVAC needs. Replacement of water heater, furnace, auir conditioner and complete new duct work including an additional intake duct. We have the best heating and AC system money can buy. In addition twice a year their techs have come to the house to tune up the systems. It's a shame that with that history they have fallen so far. A few months ago a tech came to the house to tune up the AC. He sure didn't attend charm school. What a lousy demeaner. He tried to sell me an AC capacitor that had ""corrosion on one of the terminals"" for $200+. What a scam. Today a different tech came by to tune up the furnace and of course he showed me corrosion here and there and potential cracks here and there and some duct work needed which I ignored and sent him on his way. He also could use a semester of charm school. Now consider that they (Nevada Heating) Installed that furnace and AC system AND duct work 14 years ago and have been maintaining it ever since. I've spent upwards of $10,000+ with those folks over the past 14 years and this is what I now get. Eric you need to clean up your act. What happened to Andrew and techs like him? I fear you are the recipient of the fruits of our failing schools and our youth with their lack of manners and respect for the elderly. Enough. I'll be finding others to take care of my HVAC needs in the future.

I used NH for six years for HVAC and water heater maintenance. It was fine.
they installed a new AC about six weeks ago. I was given no documentation such as warranty info and owners manual.
I called repeatedly with no results. This week, apparently in response to the anger in my voice they delivered installation instructions. These will come in handy if I uninstall and reinstall the unit.
The blower unit says on it that I need the User Instruction Manual. NH says there isn't one. I would go online but I have no info as to model number. I can't open the blower without the instructions that are probably in the manual.
I did receive the warranties today but it shouldn't have taken 42 days and numerous phone calls. Customer service is non-existent. Those answering the phone are not equipped to do more than make appointments. Requests outside that scope are pretty much ignored. Once I was forwarded to the voicmail of ""SHE WHO CAN FIX THIS"". My call was not returned.
I have three service contracts (prepaid) with NH. Once those are fulfilled I will contract elsewhere.

Nevada Heating replaced my home water heater for $5000, and the estimate and invoice both stated that the water pan drain was to be plumbed to the outside of the house. However, when the job was completed and I asked why the drain plumbing wasn't done, job supervisor Vince told me that he was specifically told not to do the outside drain. Also, I have a completed garage and the water heater sits on a 20"" high completed ledge. While the edge had some damage on the finished portions prior to the replacement, you can see the further damage the installers left behind. I called Nevada Heating which just offered to complete the drain plumbing. Given the damage to the ledge, I didn't have confidence in its workmanship and opted to have the drain amount refunded. I don't think I'll be renewing my paid membership subscription.

The commercials you have are only making it look like your HVAC system caused the problem by having your sticker below the thermostat, and not what you're trying to say. Get rid of the sticker. Or place it after the problem is resolved in the commercial. Duh.

Just found out recently that the company's employees work on commission, which isn't bad until they become salesmen. About a year ago, my mother's home AC/Heating Unit was acting up and we had a guy from Nevada Heating come in to tell us that we needed to replace everything and quoted her a ridiculous price. Since then, she has lived with a small unit AC for her room since she didn't want to pay the crazy price they offered. She also did not trust this company since they double charged her and put her on a monthly payment plan for something she never signed up for which made her not trust this company. This morning we had a different company come in where the employees work on salary and found out that Nevada Heating lied to her and that everything works well. Whoever the technician was that came in from Nevada Heating, shut everything off in the Attic and unplugged the system. My mother has been living in her home without AC or Heat this whole time to find out that everything was fine. She is from Japan and her English is OK so we've come to the conclusion that Nevada Heating was trying to take advantage of her.
My advice: Look elsewhere, yall are scummy.

Nevada Heating and Air is an amazing company! They truly care about their customers. I had our yearly maintenance done for our ac through their membership program (highly recommend). Cody Cotton was our technician. Great guy! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. He did a great job cleaning our ac and found out we were using the wrong filter which was harming our ac unit. With the membership program, you get a free filter. It make a big difference! As we have been a Nevada Heating customer for around 20 years now, we have our ac, furnace and water heating through them. Thank you Nevada Heating and Air!!!

We bought into the annual service plan with Nevada Heating. We didn't have anything done to our water heater since installation. Shamar showed up and was ready to get to work. He explained what the plan was and got it done. Gave me a number of updates as he was working and was able to get my water heater drained, checked and was able to get the service done quickly.
Shamar was professional and polite and very courteous.
We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Nevada Heating. Thank you.

Response was quick and easy, however their pricing is off the charts. When asking them to itemize their proposal they were not able to split up what was parts and what was labor cost. I was simply told ""we don't bill that way"". I knew how much the replacement part was online so this lack of transparency is easy to see through in 2024. They are flat rate billing, pushing service plans, overcharging hours, and bidding high if they know someone is desperate. Friendly enough and the work was done... but really would have gone with another contractor if I had the time to screw around with it.
