Joe has been our go-to plumber for over 25 years. He has done a variety of jobs: adding a basement zone to our hot water system, clearing a stubborn clog, replacing toilets, sinks and faucets, running new lines (natural gas, water and wastewater) for a new laundry room location, along with a variety of smaller issues. He is a true professional, his prices are always fair and reasonable, and he leaves the job neat and clean.

We've used Joe Neugebauer for a very long time. He comes whenever we have any problems and always solves the issue. He grew up in the area and I'd trust him alone in our house in a heartbeat.

Joe was awful. He came when i had water coming from my washing machine. Rerouted the plumbing. Next thing I knew I had 3 inches of standing water in my basement. He refused to take responsibility. When asked for his insurance information he bolted out the door. He said he would call me with the insurance info and never did. I called suffolk county dept of labor. Turns out he is not licensed or insured. He didn't stand by what he did and claimed it was my fault. I would sue him personally if I had the patience to go to court. Do not use him. He's not honest...doesn't stand by his work....and he lied to me about being licensed and insured.
