Worst customer service I have ever delt with. Ordered a boiler they install a completely different one than we ordered. Then when it breaks and parts are covered under warranty they give you a hard time about fixing it and takes forever to get it fixed. Are not concerned when a customer has NO hot water or heat for well over a week. And to make it better their receptionist called my boyfriend an asshole when he is trying to simply get an ETA of getting this resolved. Then refuses to repair the boiler after the manufacturer has send them the warranty part at no charge to them.

Being new to the area, we weren't sure who to go to with heating/air issues. So glad we chose Nestor's! Trevor and team are professional, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered every question we had, got us exactly what we needed, and had it installed in a very short amount of time. Glad we went with Nestor's!!
