Recommended Customer Reviews

Bad customer service, inability to schedule service and follow through on service. Don't schedule service and just not show up, no communication. When I called him through text message that we don't want to service. Due to jerking me around on the scheduling, he got upset and sent me a smart a** message trying to act like he was so cool. But at the end of the day, his reviews show his customer service sucks

For a simple city-mandated backflow testing request, Jimmy Ness jerked me around on scheduling for a week and then when I chose a different provider, he sent me a snarky message.
Unreliable and unprofessional. There are plenty of folks who do his type of work... suggest you find someone who isn't an a-h

Jimmy Ness is always on time and very efficient. He is reliable, and professional. He filled all the necessary paperwork for us. He is our go person to for our annual testing for the business.

Jimmy came prepared with all the supplies and tools necessary. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. Problem solved.

Jimmy is always on time for our backflow testing, and there's no fuss with it too! He makes my job very easy and am so grateful that I found him to take care of these annually. Price is fair too. Great deal thanks jimmy

The owner Jimmy was completely helpful and on top of everything. I needed him to come out and fix a backflow on a rental property that day. He showed up with in hours. He had his young daughter who he called his boss. In this crazy time of Covid19 we have to make sure that we are understanding to all family units. He was in and out as fast as he. Hold. I am thankful for his attention to details and his professional behavior. Also a quick shout out to his boss who kept all his tools in line.

Jimmy Ness showed up at my property during Covid times to provide an estimate for moving and replacing irrigation valves with his young daughter in tow with no face mask. This made me uncomfortable but I allowed things to proceed. We had an amenable meeting and agreed to proceed. I had to prompt him multiple times over a couple of weeks to finally get the written bid -- which I accepted. It took another couple of weeks to get the work actually scheduled. His employee ""Joe"" showed up to do the job, and he and I had an amenable discussion about where the valves would go. A couple of hours later, I discovered that Joe had simply disappeared. I called Jimmy Ness and he was also mystified. He then texted me back to say Joe had simply said that he didn't want to do the job. No explanation, nothing personal -- just didn't want to do it. I gave Jimmy several opportunities to explain and reschedule, but just got a minimal to no response. Utterly unprofessional.
